Great service, in a timely fashion. Got an oil change/inspection and 4 tires in under an hour. Have done cost comparison on tires in the past and they are always competitive.

All we can say..is what an easy and carefree process in buying our Gladiator..This is because of every kind and caring employee that goes to work each day to please & treat every customer like a family member. We appreciated how excited everyone was when we closed the deal-every person handling each department we got to meet..it was a very comfortable complete transaction.. Now having the WILLYS for 2 months I'm still in love with the vehicle and my tires.. who really complains about tires being noisy when they look that cool?? Thank you ALL- TeRRi & MiKe D.

This place is Awesome, they go way out their way to make things happen, found me a New Rubicon that had all the options I wanted, their was only one in a 300 mile range and we are over 2 hours away from this dealership and they meet us have way. Derrick helped us through buying a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. Deal was done entirely electronically. The van was delivered a few days later. It was better than in the pictures. Very upfront people. This was the most straight forward experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I came from about 3 hours away so it was a big commitment to make that drive but they were honest and transparent about numbers out the door and were serious about getting me in my new jeep. Keith, cliff, and abdel were the dream team when I came to working this deal. Kieth our sales guy killed it making sure everything was ready to go by the time I got there and worked with me to get that right number. Cliff did an awesome job keeping me in touch with everyone involved and really kept our communication solid throughout the whole process. Abdel our finance guy does not play around, he had me in and out in 10 minutes no joke. I did a good amount of shopping around and this dealership really stood out and surprised me. They even stayed late to make sure I got my gladiator. Thanks guys!

My wife found the add on line for the car. I was kind of unsure when I learned it was at a dealership, but we decided to go have a look. We were paired up with sales consultant Victor Wilburn and from that moment on Victor did a fantastic job of making us feel at ease and was very personable during the whole process. Victor went with us on the test drive and told us all we needed to know about the vehicle and was not pushy and was an all around pleasure to work with. The one thing we really liked about Victor, he made us feel like family. Like a brother you could go-to for advice or just talk too. **** updated review- I still stand by my original review, only this time I’d really like to recognize Vicki who has been my new service advisor going on about a year now I think. She communicates with us every step of the way, she goes above and beyond reaching out to our warranty company to make sure they are going to cover what is needed. She always makes sure to follow up with us anytime we are waiting on a part to let us know when it’s there. She is truly someone that makes your business stand out and makes you want to come back! This was by far the best experience I’ve had at Dodge Chrysler Jeep ram of Winter Haven’s service department thus far. From the moment I walked in Jason, my service advisor acknowledged me and was absolutely amazing. Not even 45 minutes after I left my vehicle there he called me and gave me the report on my vehicle and explained everything! After I approved the quote he sent me, he called me back within an hour that my vehicle was ready. I highly recommend using Jason as your service advisor, he keeps you informed every step of the way!! !

I had been having bad experiences in the Kissimmee area at the Jeep Dodge Ram Dealerships so I decided to make the drive to Lake Wales and I’m so happy I did. Billy and Debo were very pleasant when I showed up for my appointment as well as providing a clean rental for the time my vehicle was in the shop. They were honest, transparent and upfront with me about everything that was needed to be done from start to finish! Bill, Josh and Debo were all delightful to work with. Thank you guys again! easiest buying experience I have had at a dealership. I purchased a brand new jeep that I found online. The jeep was already priced at a good deal so there was no need to have to try and haggle a reasonable price. The finance manager (Harry Parson) made the purchase easy , when there was an issue with the finance , he listened and fixed immediately, with the intent of securing good financing. Everybody i dealt with seem Attentive and willing to work for me and my needs. 10 Stars thanks to the crew at Lake Wales CDJR!

They also reminded me that since my car was totaled, I should be getting reimbursed from the insurance company and showed me what form to send to them. So they go above and beyond, To be helpful

This dealership shows a lot of professionalism and does not make you feel pressured . They are very thorough and want to make sure the car is perfect when leaving their lot . Derrick was very professional very calm and easy to work with . He will keep his word , needed something done to the car he went above and beyond and did more than what was requested to make sure the car is in great shape . Their financing department will give you options but won’t pressure you , will simply explain and you can choose or opt out . This was my first purchase from this dealership and it won’t be my last . There is a plus that most of the pre owned cars are certified and that’s rare nowadays. So thank you Derrick and Monroe Dodge Ram for a great experience .

Our van had to be towed in on a Wednesday night and is a wheelchair van since we have disabled person and it’s his only transportation. We had ac/dc tickets for Friday so I went over to dealer first thing on Thursday morning and explained situation that we needed it done asap. Despite not having an appointment they had the van fixed by 3:00 Thursday. We were greatly relieved and stress lowered

Over the years as an active and retired Chrysler Exec I depended upon the Suoerstore to keep my company car on the road. Since retirement I trusted Terry Kaufman to be the one person to keep my car on the road. I found over the past few months I not only had him in my corner managing the repairs on my Jeep Wagoneer2 but I now had Kelsie Hanley and Austin who I can trust with my car. They'll write up the order, personally follow it up, and best of all report to the customer the current status of the repair. Kelsie and Austin really do what they said they'd do. Terry has a couple of young "Keepers" on his team. Ask for their help when you write up your service request. THERES NOTHING LIKE A JEEP. FOO FOO WANNABIES DON'T DO IT. KIP IN

Bought my new 2026 rebel truck with Gabby. Most of it was handled over the phone and computer because I travel for work. Winter Haven Collision Center did an excellent job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My rear bumper received a few gouges and scuffs from a minor event. They filled and smoothed the bumper, and painted it. It looks like new. The finish is perfect!

Gabby was absolutely amazing she made everything so easy and comfortable. It was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Out of the 6 cars my family has owned 5 came from Monroe CDJR. Sales staff there are top notch, they don't prussure you into a sale or step on your neck about sales. VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. Within the hour, she texted back that the car was just about ready and my shuttle could come get me. Hernan arrived a short time later, brought my car around and checked me out. Car ran great for the two hour drive home. Highly recommend Posner Park Jeep, Chrysler, etc. service dept, for their customer service, quick turn around, and friendliness!

We were looking for a car after my daughter was hit by a guy that ran a red light. Totaled her car and injured her. After getting her well, an Auto friend of mine pointed me to Dodge of Winter haven. My daughter wanted another Toyota Corolla due to the protection it offered when hit and the perks of the car. We found it at Dodge in Winterhaven. We contacted Kyle Williams at the dealership. Kyle was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us with the paperwork, prepping and guiding us through the process. Financing was quick and we didn’t have to wait most of the day for it. Kyle made sure the car was filled up, cleaned and serviced before we headed back to Tallahassee, Florida. Thanks Kyle and the Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram and Fiat of Winter Haven. Wonderful people and dealership.

So back in April me and my daughter went in and purchased a car. Ling story short. The car started giving us problems within the 1st couple of weeks. Oh cool we have the warranty. Turns out the warranty did cover most of the the repairs but as a mother I wanted to make sure she got a safe and reliable vehicle. After a long couple weeks of going back and forth with the shop, dealership and finance company Clint and Luís we able to work work there magic and got her into a newer vehicle that fit my daughters need! I appreciate all the hard work you guys did even with our limited options!! I highly recommend asking for Luís his years of experience really shows when it comes to selling you a new car! I was in Monroe for a couple nights. I live in the Cincinnati area. On the way up i thought my jeep had a transmission fluid leak. I was also due for a oil change. I called about the transmission leak and they mentioned that they couldn't get it until next week. That didn't work but I said I'd still come up for oil change. When I arrived and spoke with someone about my transmission concerns. The service employee spoke with the transmission guy and he said he'd go ahead and take care of my transmission and oil change at the same time. It all took less than an hour and gave me such piece of mind. I was so thankful

We had an emergent situation with our vehicle on a road trip, and ended up at LPK Friday shortly before closing. The entire staff was fantastic... specifically Suzie and Kari. They were able to diagnose the problem, and get us a rental vehicle to continue on to see our son for his first Father's Day. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and the LPK staff helped diffuse the situation and problem solve for us. They repaired our vehicle first thing Monday morning, and I was able to get my vehicle that day. I can't say enough good things about the dealership and staff!

Found a gem at this dealership four and half hours away, and everyone there was helpful and kind. Keynen was fantastic to work with through texts, videos and even a FaceTime call that allowed me to look over the vehicle the best I could from almost 300 miles away. Wife and I decided to take a chance and drove to the dealership to see and test drive in person. Keynen did not misrepresent the vehicle and it was worth the trip; the dealer even took care of an unexpected mechanical issue at their expense before we drove it home. Cannot say enough good things about Keynen, Fred and the entire dealership. The worst part is they are so far away from us because we would definitely do business with them again! Highly recommend!

Derick Zehner was amazing for a newbie salesman. Keynen Zachman did awesome whenever Derek reached out for assistance. Both of these young men showed great respect to my mother who uses a walker.
