5 Stars – Loyal Customer for a Reason! Just picked up my 2025 RAM Bighorn from Mike Monroe at Buckeye Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat in Shelby, Ohio, and once again, he delivered an outstanding experience. I purchased a new Jeep Grand Wagoneer L in Orlando because this particular vehicle is difficult for find locally. Living near Winter Haven I knew I didn’t want to drive to Orlando for my service needs. I went to Winter Haven for a service need and to established my vehicle with them .. I met with Service Advisor Amber Harrison who was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She was very accommodating in getting me established with the Winter Haven dealership .. it didn’t matter that I didn’t purchase my vehicle from them .. they treated me like I did! I had to leave my vehicle .. with the purchase of a Grand Wagoneer, you are provided a loaner vehicle of the same or similar type. Amber said they didn’t have a Grand Wagoneer but, she had a new Ram 2500 Diesel Pick-up. That was more than accommodating! Great service, Great people! I’m glad I was accepted into the Winter Haven Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram family!

From the time I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and a sweet/professional attitude. Gio made sure to show me all the Jeep Wranglers and once I decided on the one I wanted, he worked hard to get me a really good deal on the Jeep!!! I never felt pressured or uncomfortable during the process and he was there to answer any/all of my questions. He even made sure I had my first duck before I pulled off the lot! Great experience!

I found about the Ram 3500 that I was looking on an online ad. I drove after work 40 miles to get to the dealership 10 minutes before they were to close. David Ruiz was very attentive to get the keys and show me the truck even though he was almost closed. The next day all the paperwork was done mostly remote. Excellent team. Thanks David for the good service.

One of the most seamless and best car shopping experiences. I am from out of town and requested more pics and a video walkthrough. There were folks looking at the vehicle that same day so in case it sold, they only provided pics. First thing next morning (Thu), without me asking or reminding them, Jermaine sent a very detailed video walkthrough. I started purchase process same day via phone. Saturday when I picked up the vehicle, everything was ready for me. Jermaine and JJ were super friendly, helpful and attentive to my questions. Would totally recommend Jermaine and Monroe dealership to anyone in search of vehicle even if you are out of town.

At first when I got the capital. One pre-approved information in the mail. Light nordics. But then I called in and spoke with an amazing man named Daniel. Daniel developed a report and helped me to understand that they had pre-approved me. They were sure that they could help me. Well he was right. I'm in another amazing man named rock and he put me at ease. And he assured me again that he could help me. Then rock came back with the most amazing thing. I had passed a beautiful blue car. Upon coming into the showroom to my surprise that beautiful blue car would be mine at the end of the day.It was an amazing experience for someone who just needed a break.Who's been down on her luck?Since the pandemic, this has already helped my life.I have received and accepted an amazing job Proposal which I have accepted it has truly changed my life Sincerely Miss V Lake

Recently purchased a car remotely from out of state and was overall a smooth and professional process. Nick Gray was super helpful with getting pictures and video, helping take the car to a local mechanic to get inspected, making a deal and facilitating getting the paperwork mailed back and forth in a timely manner so I could get the car shipped as soon as possible. They also arranged the shipping for me. Loving the car!

Everyone has the cringing reaction when thinking about buying a vehicle and dealing with the actual process of salesman, sales managers and eternal negotiations. Been there done that. Over 32 years in the Winter Haven area and have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership. Stopped by to look at a vehicle and was met by Victor Wilburn a salesman with DCJR. He told my wife and I all about the vehicle, he was respectful, informative and gracious with his time. I committed to coming back the next day for a test drive and start the process. Next day we started the "negotiations". Fair amount of back and forth with the sales manager with Victor presenting my expectations and also those of the dealership. He worked to get the deal done with no pressure on me. By far the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle due to his attention to my expectations and respect for my time. While I was waiting for things to be finalized, he took the time to introduce me to the service manager who I'll be dealing with for any vehicle issues I may have. If you want a nice experience in buying a vehicle with someone that makes it less stressful look for Victor Wilburn when you want to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

Winter Haven Dodge only does work that you want, no extra cost like some garages. They give you a readout of anything that my need to have done, so that you can have it done on your time. I would recommend Winter Haven Dodge to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle.

Always great to schedule an appt. Service advisors always let us know what is going on with our vehicles, multiples of them! Thank you, Buckeye! Our Wrangler 4xE’s (2), have very under-performed! When we have had to take the ‘24 with 4000+ miles in for service!!! Jeep (Stellantis) hasn’t figured that out yet! The ‘21 is in the same boat!!! Please Jeep/Stellantis figure out technology to make my 20,000+ mileage work.

Even was my sales rep. He was absolutely amazing, someone who you could actually see yourself being friends with. He was very personable and extremely easy to connect with. They did not have exactly what I was wanting in a 2025 Jeep Wrangler so Evan walked us through, step by step to custom order exactly what we wanted. I wanted a Sahara but the Sahara did not come in the Mojito color that I wanted. So Evan explained that we could go with a Sport S and add any and/or all the Sahara options that I wanted (aside from the matching body color top). After placing our order, it only took like 27 days for us to get it. I was shocked that it only took that long to build my custom Wrangler from scratch. I absolutely LOVE my Wrangler and I may never do business with anyone, other than Buckeye, ever again. I have bought many vehicles in my time and this was by far my best experience that I've ever had. Even the closing of the deal took less than 20 minutes... probably would have taken less but I talk a lot. Lol

After an absolutely disastrous experience at a local Mercedes dealership. I found a comparable used car at LakelWales Dodge. Easiest purchase ever. In and out in 2 hours flat including finance approval. They gave me an awesome deal out of the gate. I needed help getting the car home as I didn't trade. They delivered it for free to lakeland! Mose was my salesman. He is a real strait guy. No BS! No delay. Have had the car a couple weeks now and love it! I cannot say enough good!

I wanted to take the time to write a thoughtful, relevant review of our experience when buying our new Jeep Wrangler at Lake Wales CDJR. If we didn’t feel the way we clearly feel about the dealership and the staff, it would be a completely different story. I’m a retired USAF Disabled Veteran and my word means everything to me. Another dealership south of our home in Frostproof did not value us as a repeat customer which is their loss and our gain. My wife Sue and I have purchased a lot of vehicles in our lifetime. Our experience at Lake Wales CDJR has been, by far, the best experience we’ve had in several years. First and foremost it began with our salesman, Tim Charney who cheerfully met us at the front door for the first time. It is largely due to Tim’s efforts and the care that we received from Tim beginning with the process of choosing our vehicle through the final delivery. Essentially pricing is often similar from dealership to dealership but it’s all the rest that goes with purchasing a vehicle that counts. I also want to mention Mike Martinez who made closing the sale a delight. Going forward, Lake Wales CDJR is our dealership of choice. And, when you stop in, don’t forget to ask for Tim Charney; tell him that Larry and Sue sent you.

Prompt service. Loaner available. Samantha was great and kept me informed. All work expected was performed! This was a critical work for me because I was headed out of town on an RV trip in three days. Samantha immediately had my vehicle taken in to check what was wrong. They determined they needed a part that they didn’t have on hand but would by 9 the next day. Plus they checked and pointed out that I had missed some maintenance items and given I was about to tow a 15,000 lb RV all summer they suggested they accomplish that maintenance the next day when they were putting in the new module. They arranged a loaner for me and promised they’d have every thing done by 4pm. Dropped truck off at 7:30am. Picked it back up just before 4. All work completed 100%. I will never take my truck anywhere else for service From Clint the GM, to Phil the sales mgr to Steve the Service manager to Samantha the service advisor, everyone made me feel welcome! It’s actually a pleasure to bring my truck in for service!

The sales crew were great. The service department not so much. I have had my jeep compass about a year. Have had it in for service for the same problem twice. A clunking noise. Both times they say they find nothing and as soon as I pick it up and drive off the lot I hear. I truly believe they don't even test drive it. If it doesn't show up on their computer they can't find it. Then they charge me for the test 170.00. I will definitely be taking my car to a different shop for repairs.

I took my Jeep Cherokee to my local Jeep dealer because I had an engine light on and it was my torque converter.... Come to find out I had a recall on the Cadillac converter and made appointment to return. After they replaced the part it took care of the code and my engine light and I didn't have to pay anything. That was a true blessing for me. My Jeep runs better.

Bought my new 2026 rebel truck with Gabby. Most of it was handled over the phone and computer because I travel for work. She made it all very convenient for me. when I came into town to pick up my truck I literally just signed my paperwork and left. She had everything ready and waiting. Winter Haven Collision Center did an excellent job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My rear bumper received a few gouges and scuffs from a minor event. They filled and smoothed the bumper, and painted it. It looks like new. The finish is perfect!

VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. Within the hour, she texted back that the car was just about ready and my shuttle could come get me. Hernan arrived a short time later, brought my car around and checked me out. Car ran great for the two hour drive home. Highly recommend Posner Park Jeep, Chrysler, etc. service dept, for their customer service, quick turn around, and friendliness!

We were looking for a car after my daughter was hit by a guy that ran a red light. Totaled her car and injured her. After getting her well, an Auto friend of mine pointed me to Dodge of Winter haven. My daughter wanted another Toyota Corolla due to the protection it offered when hit and the perks of the car. We found it at Dodge in Winterhaven. We contacted Kyle Williams at the dealership. Kyle was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us with the paperwork, prepping and guiding us through the process. Financing was quick and we didn’t have to wait most of the day for it. Kyle made sure the car was filled up, cleaned and serviced before we headed back to Tallahassee, Florida. So back in April me and my daughter went in and purchased a car. Ling story short. The car started giving us problems within the 1st couple of weeks. Oh cool we have the warranty. Turns out the warranty did cover most of the the repairs but as a mother I wanted to make sure she got a safe and reliable vehicle. After a long couple weeks of going back and forth with the shop, dealership and finance company Clint and Luís we able to work work there magic and got her into a newer vehicle that fit my daughters need! I was in Monroe for a couple nights. I live in the Cincinnati area. On the way up i thought my jeep had a transmission fluid leak. I was also due for a oil change. I called about the transmission leak and they mentioned that they couldn't get it until next week. That didn't work but I said I'd still come up for oil change. When I arrived and spoke with someone about my transmission concerns. The service employee spoke with the transmission guy and he said he'd go ahead and take care of my transmission and oil change at the same time. It all took less than an hour and gave me such piece of mind. I was so thankful

We had an emergent situation with our vehicle on a road trip, and ended up at LPK Friday shortly before closing. The entire staff was fantastic... specifically Suzie and Kari. They were able to diagnose the problem, and get us a rental vehicle to continue on to see our son for his first Father's Day. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and the LPK staff helped diffuse the situation and problem solve for us. They repaired our vehicle first thing Monday morning, and I was able to get my vehicle that day. I can't say enough good things about the dealership and staff!

Found a gem at this dealership four and half hours away, and everyone there was helpful and kind. Keynen was fantastic to work with through texts, videos and even a FaceTime call that allowed me to look over the vehicle the best I could from almost 300 miles away. Wife and I decided to take a chance and drove to the dealership to see and test drive in person. Keynen did not misrepresent the vehicle and it was worth the trip; the dealer even took care of an unexpected mechanical issue at their expense before we drove it home. Cannot say enough good things about Keynen, Fred and the entire dealership. The worst part is they are so far away from us because we would definitely do business with them again! Highly recommend!
