I’ve bought a lot of cars. The experience at Buckeye Superstore was tops. Bert in sales is helpful and honest. Chris is the best finance manager I’ve ever dealt with. They treated me with respect, fairness and integrity. I can’t overstate how rare those qualities are in car dealerships. Highly recommend going here to buy your next car, truck or SUV.

I came in on Saturday looking for an SUV or Truck . Frannie Adam’s was excellent in helping me and sitting down with me , going over options getting approved for the Suv.. They choose a Jeep Cherokee Overland and love it .. Outstanding Customer service in picking the one that I like and knowing what I was looking for.. Vehicle drives like a dream . We are from Florida visiting family for a few weeks. Just 4 days from leaving, our 2019 Jeep Rubicon lost power steering with no warning. To make any turn it took myself and granddaughter to pull the steering wheel. We stopped only 1.6 miles from the Monroe Jeep dealership. This was late on a Thursday afternoon. I was able to drive it to the dealership. After explaining everything including our trip out to the Pacific Coast, they said they would try to get it looked at the next day. They called at 4:45 and said it looked to be the wiring harness so they replaced it and have it ready for pickup by 5:45. We were surprised by such quick fast service and very relieved our trip wouldn’t be delayed. Thank you!!

Living in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, a lot of my initial dealings were through correspondence. Mario Rodriguez was my sales rep, and there was never any pressure whether I purchased a car or not. He always got back to me quickly on any questions I had, without once trying to oversell the car or rush me into making a decision. When I made the two-hour drive to Lake Wales, as I walked in, everyone I spoke to was very friendly. Mario and Mike Martinez made sure I wouldn't be tied up all day at the dealership, making the buying experience very relaxed and easy. It was a crazy day! But Lupe and all the staff helped me out and put me in an excellent vehicle! I was in a pinch and was able to be approved, even when others turned me away! All we can say..is what an easy and carefree process in buying our Gladiator..This is because of every kind and caring employee that goes to work each day to please & treat every customer like a family member. We appreciated how excited everyone was when we closed the deal-every person handling each department we got to meet..it was a very comfortable complete transaction.. This place is Awesome, they go way out their way to make things happen, found me a New Rubicon that had all the options I wanted, their was only one in a 300 mile range and we are over 2 hours away from this dealership and they meet us have way. Derrick helped us through buying a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. Deal was done entirely electronically. The van was delivered a few days later. It was better than in the pictures. Very upfront people. This was the most straight forward experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I came from about 3 hours away so it was a big commitment to make that drive but they were honest and transparent about numbers out the door and were serious about getting me in my new jeep. Keith, cliff, and abdel were the dream team when I came to working this deal. Kieth our sales guy killed it making sure everything was ready to go by the time I got there and worked with me to get that right number. Cliff did an awesome job keeping me in touch with everyone involved and really kept our communication solid throughout the whole process. Abdel our finance guy does not play around, he had me in and out in 10 minutes no joke. I did a good amount of shopping around and this dealership really stood out and surprised me. They even stayed late to make sure I got my gladiator. Thanks guys!

My wife found the add on line for the car. I was kind of unsure when I learned it was at a dealership, but we decided to go have a look. We were paired up with sales consultant Victor Wilburn and from that moment on Victor did a fantastic job of making us feel at ease and was very personable during the whole process. Victor went with us on the test drive and told us all we needed to know about the vehicle and was not pushy and was an all around pleasure to work with. The one thing we really liked about Victor, he made us feel like family. Like a brother you could go-to for advice or just talk too. **** updated review- I still stand by my original review, only this time I’d really like to recognize Vicki who has been my new service advisor going on about a year now I think. She communicates with us every step of the way, she goes above and beyond reaching out to our warranty company to make sure they are going to cover what is needed. She always makes sure to follow up with us anytime we are waiting on a part to let us know when it’s there. She is truly someone that makes your business stand out and makes you want to come back! This was by far the best experience I’ve had at Dodge Chrysler Jeep ram of Winter Haven’s service department thus far. From the moment I walked in Jason, my service advisor acknowledged me and was absolutely amazing. Not even 45 minutes after I left my vehicle there he called me and gave me the report on my vehicle and explained everything! After I approved the quote he sent me, he called me back within an hour that my vehicle was ready. I highly recommend using Jason as your service advisor, he keeps you informed every step of the way!! !

I had been having bad experiences in the Kissimmee area at the Jeep Dodge Ram Dealerships so I decided to make the drive to Lake Wales and I’m so happy I did. Billy and Debo were very pleasant when I showed up for my appointment as well as providing a clean rental for the time my vehicle was in the shop. easiest buying experience I have had at a dealership. I purchased a brand new jeep that I found online. The jeep was already priced at a good deal so there was no need to have to try and haggle a reasonable price. The finance manager (Harry Parson) made the purchase easy , when there was an issue with the finance , he listened and fixed immediately, with the intent of securing good financing. Everybody i dealt with seem Attentive and willing to work for me and my needs. 10 Stars thanks to the crew at Lake Wales CDJR!

Alexis D was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I initially reached out via CARFAX where I saw a listing for a car I was extremely interested in. I’ve had a ton of other vehicles I was looking at and with this dealership being an hour and 45 minutes away, I wasn’t sure if it’d be worth the drive. Well, it absolutely was. I was speaking to Cynthia via message, who was super helpful. She clarified any concerns I had, reassured me with any questions, and truly made me comfortable enough to even make the drive the next day. I knew I had to see this car asap because Monroe was extremely competitive with their prices and was truly the best in the market I’ve seen. Once I got there, I was greater instantly and led over to Alexis. She did an amazing job from start to finish. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think I would have felt so confident and comfortable. I’ve bought a few cars in the past, all from older salesmen who really never talked to me as a person, but Alexis really did great at easing the nerves. I had such an easy breezy test drive, so much so that I decided to make it trade in right then, right there, that day. Alexis made sure to spend as much time as we needed that evening to ensure I drove him in that car. I couldn’t be more grateful for her patience and attention to detail. I also want to give another notable mention to Donna and Brian. Brian (or Bryan) were both super transparent. Brian made me realize how a true dealership should be. I have been going to a dealership closer to my home for the past few months for many services on my car, but never once was told about have 17 recalls on my car… he was just as shocked as I was that they never told me anything. I couldn’t believe that not only would a place not even mention it to me, but how easily and quickly it was for Monroe to tell me this. This is how a dealership should be. Donna was extremely helpful with the paperwork. There were a few items I needed to take home and thanks to her organization, it was so easy to complete everything the next morning and mail it all out. She couldn’t have made things easier. All in all, the entire team was amazing. Even the people who didn’t help us directly - they were all SO friendly and helpful. Granted, they’re trying to make a sale at the end of the day, but despite that, it never felt like that. I’m happy to give them my business and even happier to give them a sale if that’s the case. Marcos Vargas did my financing and made it quick and painless and had me in an out in no time answering every question that I had...hats off to the entire team at Posner Park CJDR...I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends,or to anyone reading this...I bought a 2023 Chrysler 300 and got an amazing deal on it being one of the only 23's left on the lot...and I'm very happy with the car and the whole experience!

Worked with Matt Ball on purchasing a used Kia EV6 to replace my current one whose lease was ending. At the last moment Kia offered me a huge discount on buying mine out so I did not go through with buying here, BUT Matt was super helpful answering questions taking additional pictures and videos, etc. I especially appreciate that he didn't try to hide or gloss over any issues. He clearly pointed out some small paint defects. I've worked with other sales people that would have left that as a surprise for me after making the long drive out. Highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent service ! My truck had to be in the shop for almost a month because lifters failed from factory. This was with in my warranty. Their team on the dealer side & fleet side walked me through every step of the way . Buckeye Super Store Jeep, in Shelby had a Jeep that my wife and I really liked on Facebook. I called the dealership and spoke with Derek Zehner, the salesman about this vehicle. I told him that we were coming up to look at it and we’re a hour away. He said he would have it ready for us to see and test drive. Upon arrival Derek had it ready for us. He explained the vehicle to us and we test drove it. The process was very smooth, no pressure or back and forth. After that we purchased the vehicle. I recently bought a 2015 Dodge Dart SE. It happened to have several recalls regarding its automatic transmission, I was aware of this when I bought the car. I was driving in Winter Haven a few weeks ago and the transmission would not go into park. I called for a tow, twenty minutes later I was on my way to Winter Haven Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram. This was on a Saturday, the service advisor was kind and she informed me that my car is safe in the lot Later that afternoon the service center called me and informed me that it was a bad bushing in the transmission and that I was lucky and they had the covered part in stock and it was ready to be picked up. I has some interval maintenance done and was surprised that there prices weren't to bad . I am happy with the service that was provided.
