Had a great experience. Salesman Nick Mahalak did a great job getting us into the vehicle we wanted at a very affordable price. He was very thorough when showing us all the vehicles options as well as the financial numbers including rebates. Nick and Jeremy Jennings were very friendly knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Always, very friendly and helpful. They even reminded me I had purchased the extended warranty on my car that was totaled, so I got the cash back on that. They also reminded me that since my car was totaled, I should be getting reimbursed from the insurance company and showed me what form to send to them. So they go above and beyond, To be helpful

This dealership shows a lot of professionalism and does not make you feel pressured . They are very thorough and want to make sure the car is perfect when leaving their lot . Derrick was very professional very calm and easy to work with . He will keep his word , needed something done to the car he went above and beyond and did more than what was requested to make sure the car is in great shape . Their financing department will give you options but won’t pressure you , will simply explain and you can choose or opt out . This was my first purchase from this dealership and it won’t be my last . There is a plus that most of the pre owned cars are certified and that’s rare nowadays. So thank you Derrick and Monroe Dodge Ram for a great experience .

Our van had to be towed in on a Wednesday night and is a wheelchair van since we have disabled person and it’s his only transportation. We had ac/dc tickets for Friday so I went over to dealer first thing on Thursday morning and explained situation that we needed it done asap. Despite not having an appointment they had the van fixed by 3:00 Thursday. We were greatly relieved and stress lowered

Over the years as an active and retired Chrysler Exec I depended upon the Suoerstore to keep my company car on the road. Since retirement I trusted Terry Kaufman to be the one person to keep my car on the road. I found over the past few months I not only had him in my corner managing the repairs on my Jeep Wagoneer2 but I now had Kelsie Hanley and Austin who I can trust with my car. They'll write up the order, personally follow it up, and best of all report to the customer the current status of the repair. Kelsie and Austin really do what they said they'd do. Terry has a couple of young "Keepers" on his team. Ask for their help when you write up your service request. THERES NOTHING LIKE A JEEP. FOO FOO WANNABIES DON'T DO IT. KIP IN

I purchased a new Jeep Grand Wagoneer L in Orlando because this particular vehicle is difficult for find locally. Living near Winter Haven I knew I didn’t want to drive to Orlando for my service needs. I went to Winter Haven for a service need and to established my vehicle with them .. I met with Service Advisor Amber Harrison who was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She was very accommodating in getting me established with the Winter Haven dealership .. it didn’t matter that I didn’t purchase my vehicle from them .. they treated me like I did! I had to leave my vehicle .. with the purchase of a Grand Wagoneer, you are provided a loaner vehicle of the same or similar type. Amber said they didn’t have a Grand Wagoneer but, she had a new Ram 2500 Diesel Pick-up. That was more than accommodating! Great service, Great people! I’m glad I was accepted into the Winter Haven Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram family!

From the time I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and a sweet/professional attitude. Gio made sure to show me all the Jeep Wranglers and once I decided on the one I wanted, he worked hard to get me a really good deal on the Jeep!!! I never felt pressured or uncomfortable during the process and he was there to answer any/all of my questions. He even made sure I had my first duck before I pulled off the lot! Great experience!

I found about the Ram 3500 that I was looking on an online ad. I drove after work 40 miles to get to the dealership 10 minutes before they were to close. David Ruiz was very attentive to get the keys and show me the truck even though he was almost closed. The next day all the paperwork was done mostly remote. Excellent team. One of the most seamless and best car shopping experiences. I am from out of town and requested more pics and a video walkthrough. There were folks looking at the vehicle that same day so in case it sold, they only provided pics. First thing next morning (Thu), without me asking or reminding them, Jermaine sent a very detailed video walkthrough. I started purchase process same day via phone. Saturday when I picked up the vehicle, everything was ready for me. Jermaine and JJ were super friendly, helpful and attentive to my questions. Would totally recommend Jermaine and Monroe dealership to anyone in search of vehicle even if you are out of town.

At first when I got the capital. One pre-approved information in the mail. Light nordics. But then I called in and spoke with an amazing man named Daniel. Daniel developed a report and helped me to understand that they had pre-approved me. They were sure that they could help me. Well he was right. I'm in another amazing man named rock and he put me at ease. And he assured me again that he could help me. Then rock came back with the most amazing thing. I had passed a beautiful blue car. Upon coming into the showroom to my surprise that beautiful blue car would be mine at the end of the day.It was an amazing experience for someone who just needed a break.Who's been down on her luck?Since the pandemic, this has already helped my life.I have received and accepted an amazing job Proposal which I have accepted it has truly changed my life Sincerely Miss V Lake

Recently purchased a car remotely from out of state and was overall a smooth and professional process. Nick Gray was super helpful with getting pictures and video, helping take the car to a local mechanic to get inspected, making a deal and facilitating getting the paperwork mailed back and forth in a timely manner so I could get the car shipped as soon as possible. They also arranged the shipping for me. Loving the car!

Everyone has the cringing reaction when thinking about buying a vehicle and dealing with the actual process of salesman, sales managers and eternal negotiations. Been there done that. Over 32 years in the Winter Haven area and have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership. Stopped by to look at a vehicle and was met by Victor Wilburn a salesman with DCJR. He told my wife and I all about the vehicle, he was respectful, informative and gracious with his time. I committed to coming back the next day for a test drive and start the process. Next day we started the "negotiations". Fair amount of back and forth with the sales manager with Victor presenting my expectations and also those of the dealership. He worked to get the deal done with no pressure on me. By far the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle due to his attention to my expectations and respect for my time. While I was waiting for things to be finalized, he took the time to introduce me to the service manager who I'll be dealing with for any vehicle issues I may have. If you want a nice experience in buying a vehicle with someone that makes it less stressful look for Victor Wilburn when you want to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

Winter Haven Dodge only does work that you want, no extra cost like some garages. They give you a readout of anything that my need to have done, so that you can have it done on your time. I would recommend Winter Haven Dodge to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle.

When we have had to take the ‘24 with 4000+ miles in for service!!! Jeep (Stellantis) hasn’t figured that out yet! The ‘21 is in the same boat!!! Please Jeep/Stellantis figure out technology to make my 20,000+ mileage work.

Even was my sales rep. He was absolutely amazing, someone who you could actually see yourself being friends with. He was very personable and extremely easy to connect with. They did not have exactly what I was wanting in a 2025 Jeep Wrangler so Evan walked us through, step by step to custom order exactly what we wanted. I wanted a Sahara but the Sahara did not come in the Mojito color that I wanted. So Evan explained that we could go with a Sport S and add any and/or all the Sahara options that I wanted (aside from the matching body color top). After placing our order, it only took like 27 days for us to get it. I was shocked that it only took that long to build my custom Wrangler from scratch. I absolutely LOVE my Wrangler and I may never do business with anyone, other than Buckeye, ever again. I have bought many vehicles in my time and this was by far my best experience that I've ever had. Even the closing of the deal took less than 20 minutes... probably would have taken less but I talk a lot. Lol

After an absolutely disastrous experience at a local Mercedes dealership. I found a comparable used car at LakelWales Dodge. Easiest purchase ever. In and out in 2 hours flat including finance approval. They gave me an awesome deal out of the gate. I needed help getting the car home as I didn't trade. They delivered it for free to lakeland! Mose was my salesman. He is a real strait guy. No BS! No delay. Have had the car a couple weeks now and love it! I cannot say enough good!

I wanted to take the time to write a thoughtful, relevant review of our experience when buying our new Jeep Wrangler at Lake Wales CDJR. If we didn’t feel the way we clearly feel about the dealership and the staff, it would be a completely different story. I’m a retired USAF Disabled Veteran and my word means everything to me. Another dealership south of our home in Frostproof did not value us as a repeat customer which is their loss and our gain. My wife Sue and I have purchased a lot of vehicles in our lifetime. Our experience at Lake Wales CDJR has been, by far, the best experience we’ve had in several years. First and foremost it began with our salesman, Tim Charney who cheerfully met us at the front door for the first time. It is largely due to Tim’s efforts and the care that we received from Tim beginning with the process of choosing our vehicle through the final delivery. Essentially pricing is often similar from dealership to dealership but it’s all the rest that goes with purchasing a vehicle that counts. I also want to mention Mike Martinez who made closing the sale a delight. Going forward, Lake Wales CDJR is our dealership of choice. And, when you stop in, don’t forget to ask for Tim Charney; tell him that Larry and Sue sent you.

Prompt service. Loaner available. Samantha was great and kept me informed. All work expected was performed! This was a critical work for me because I was headed out of town on an RV trip in three days. Samantha immediately had my vehicle taken in to check what was wrong. They determined they needed a part that they didn’t have on hand but would by 9 the next day. Plus they checked and pointed out that I had missed some maintenance items and given I was about to tow a 15,000 lb RV all summer they suggested they accomplish that maintenance the next day when they were putting in the new module. They arranged a loaner for me and promised they’d have every thing done by 4pm. Dropped truck off at 7:30am. Picked it back up just before 4. All work completed 100%. I will never take my truck anywhere else for service From Clint the GM, to Phil the sales mgr to Steve the Service manager to Samantha the service advisor, everyone made me feel welcome! It’s actually a pleasure to bring my truck in for service!

The sales crew were great. The service department not so much. I have had my jeep compass about a year. Have had it in for service for the same problem twice. A clunking noise. Both times they say they find nothing and as soon as I pick it up and drive off the lot I hear. I truly believe they don't even test drive it. If it doesn't show up on their computer they can't find it. Then they charge me for the test 170.00. I will definitely be taking my car to a different shop for repairs.

Alexis D was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I initially reached out via CARFAX where I saw a listing for a car I was extremely interested in. I’ve had a ton of other vehicles I was looking at and with this dealership being an hour and 45 minutes away, I wasn’t sure if it’d be worth the drive. Well, it absolutely was. I was speaking to Cynthia via message, who was super helpful. She clarified any concerns I had, reassured me with any questions, and truly made me comfortable enough to even make the drive the next day. I knew I had to see this car asap because Monroe was extremely competitive with their prices and was truly the best in the market I’ve seen. Once I got there, I was greater instantly and led over to Alexis. She did an amazing job from start to finish. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think I would have felt so confident and comfortable. I’ve bought a few cars in the past, all from older salesmen who really never talked to me as a person, but Alexis really did great at easing the nerves. I had such an easy breezy test drive, so much so that I decided to make it trade in right then, right there, that day. Alexis made sure to spend as much time as we needed that evening to ensure I drove him in that car. I couldn’t be more grateful for her patience and attention to detail. I also want to give another notable mention to Donna and Brian. Brian (or Bryan) were both super transparent. Brian made me realize how a true dealership should be. I have been going to a dealership closer to my home for the past few months for many services on my car, but never once was told about have 17 recalls on my car… he was just as shocked as I was that they never told me anything. I couldn’t believe that not only would a place not even mention it to me, but how easily and quickly it was for Monroe to tell me this. This is how a dealership should be. Donna was extremely helpful with the paperwork. There were a few items I needed to take home and thanks to her organization, it was so easy to complete everything the next morning and mail it all out. She couldn’t have made things easier. All in all, the entire team was amazing. Even the people who didn’t help us directly - they were all SO friendly and helpful. Granted, they’re trying to make a sale at the end of the day, but despite that, it never felt like that. I’m happy to give them my business and even happier to give them a sale if that’s the case. Worked with Matt Ball on purchasing a used Kia EV6 to replace my current one whose lease was ending. At the last moment Kia offered me a huge discount on buying mine out so I did not go through with buying here, BUT Matt was super helpful answering questions taking additional pictures and videos, etc. I especially appreciate that he didn't try to hide or gloss over any issues. He clearly pointed out some small paint defects. I've worked with other sales people that would have left that as a surprise for me after making the long drive out. Highly recommend this dealership.

Buckeye Super Store Jeep, in Shelby had a Jeep that my wife and I really liked on Facebook. I called the dealership and spoke with Derek Zehner, the salesman about this vehicle. I told him that we were coming up to look at it and we’re a hour away. He said he would have it ready for us to see and test drive. Upon arrival Derek had it ready for us. He explained the vehicle to us and we test drove it. The process was very smooth, no pressure or back and forth. After that we purchased the vehicle. I recently bought a 2015 Dodge Dart SE. It happened to have several recalls regarding its automatic transmission, I was aware of this when I bought the car. I was driving in Winter Haven a few weeks ago and the transmission would not go into park. I called for a tow, twenty minutes later I was on my way to Winter Haven Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram. This was on a Saturday, the service advisor was kind and she informed me that my car is safe in the lot Later that afternoon the service center called me and informed me that it was a bad bushing in the transmission and that I was lucky and they had the covered part in stock and it was ready to be picked up. I has some interval maintenance done and was surprised that there prices weren't to bad . I am happy with the service that was provided.
