I have a Ram 1500 and needed the rear axle assembly replaced entirely. I'll start by saying, if I'm being honest, I always hate dealing with dealerships of ANY kind. It's the last place I wanna go. The last experience I had was a TERRIBLE one at Clermont CJDR dealership. So I drove almost an hour to Posner Park CJDR this time. I was HIGHLY expecting to have all sorts of problems with the service, parts, and reliability of the workmanship, etc. Well I was wrong this time. Our service advisor, Mandi Feliciano was INCREDIBLY helpful in every way possible. She was in constant communication with me about my vehicle. And was always quick to get an answer and respond to all of my questions. It really was an experience that couldn't have been much better in my opinion. If I go to a dealership for my vehicle again, it will ABSOLUTELY be Posner Park.

Battery went dead and we needed one as fast as they could do it because my husband had a bunch of doctor appointments. Squeezed us in the next day. Service was fast. Everyone there is very accommodating. Bought our car in 2018 and have always taken it there for service. Never a problem.

I have had such a good experience with this dealership! I bought a used wrangler from another dealership in Ohio. The day after purchase, all the dash lights came on, it wouldn't start. It was a nightmare. I got it over to Monroe, they fixed a few things and I took it home. The next day the same thing happened. After some research I sent some info over to my service advisor and gave the info to the mechanic. We were able to get the right part replaced incredibly fast. Service advisor Ray Kisonas was amazing and incredibly helpful and communicative. Thank you!

Needed to take my Fiat Spider in for a recall on the air bag system. The service team is always very efficient and helpful with whatever you are in there for and do not pressure you into getting additional services done. They give you info on any services that need to be done based on what they see and your mileage, etc. Always a great experience.

Had our Jeep in service excellent service from everyone

I had a very great experience. Spoke to Nate regarding my trade prior to driving out from Columbus. Once I was at the dealership Nate greeted me and it wasn’t too long before a deal was being written up. Financing got me a better interest rate than my credit union. All said and done, it seemed like I was in and out. Probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Victor W was amazing and honest. He was patient with us and never made us feel pressured. It was clear he wanted to get us into a car with a price we felt comfortable with, and didn’t try to upsell us.

We are from Florida visiting family for a few weeks. Just 4 days from leaving, our 2019 Jeep Rubicon lost power steering with no warning. To make any turn it took myself and granddaughter to pull the steering wheel. We stopped only 1.6 miles from the Monroe Jeep dealership. This was late on a Thursday afternoon. I was able to drive it to the dealership. After explaining everything including our trip out to the Pacific Coast, they said they would try to get it looked at the next day. They called at 4:45 and said it looked to be the wiring harness so they replaced it and have it ready for pickup by 5:45. We were surprised by such quick fast service and very relieved our trip wouldn’t be delayed. Thank you!!

Living in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, a lot of my initial dealings were through correspondence. Mario Rodriguez was my sales rep, and there was never any pressure whether I purchased a car or not. He always got back to me quickly on any questions I had, without once trying to oversell the car or rush me into making a decision. When I made the two-hour drive to Lake Wales, as I walked in, everyone I spoke to was very friendly.
