Bought my new 2026 rebel truck with Gabby. Most of it was handled over the phone and computer because I travel for work. She made it all very convenient for me. when I came into town to pick up my truck I literally just signed my paperwork and left. She had everything ready and waiting. This is by far the best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle.

She kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything that was going on with my vehicle, and made sure I understood the repairs and the process. She helped us tremendously, and I truly appreciate all of her hard work and professionalism. She is, without a doubt, the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with at any dealership. It’s rare to receive this level of customer service, and she made the entire experience stress-free. On top of that, the service on my vehicle was completed much faster than I expected, which was a huge plus. Winter Haven Collision Center did an excellent job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My rear bumper received a few gouges and scuffs from a minor event. They filled and smoothed the bumper, and painted it. It looks like new. The finish is perfect!

Out of the 6 cars my family has owned 5 came from Monroe CDJR. Sales staff there are top notch, they don't prussure you into a sale or step on your neck about sales. Nick M heard my request for what I wanted and pointed me to a few trucks and I made my choice from there. Even on the day of the sale he helped from out of state while making a delivery!

VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. Within the hour, she texted back that the car was just about ready and my shuttle could come get me. Hernan arrived a short time later, brought my car around and checked me out. Car ran great for the two hour drive home. Highly recommend Posner Park Jeep, Chrysler, etc. service dept, for their customer service, quick turn around, and friendliness!

We were looking for a car after my daughter was hit by a guy that ran a red light. Totaled her car and injured her. After getting her well, an Auto friend of mine pointed me to Dodge of Winter haven. My daughter wanted another Toyota Corolla due to the protection it offered when hit and the perks of the car. We found it at Dodge in Winterhaven. We contacted Kyle Williams at the dealership. Kyle was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us with the paperwork, prepping and guiding us through the process. Financing was quick and we didn’t have to wait most of the day for it. Kyle made sure the car was filled up, cleaned and serviced before we headed back to Tallahassee, Florida. Thanks Kyle and the Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram and Fiat of Winter Haven. Wonderful people and dealership.

So back in April me and my daughter went in and purchased a car. Ling story short. The car started giving us problems within the 1st couple of weeks. Oh cool we have the warranty. Turns out the warranty did cover most of the the repairs but as a mother I wanted to make sure she got a safe and reliable vehicle. After a long couple weeks of going back and forth with the shop, dealership and finance company Clint and Luís we able to work work there magic and got her into a newer vehicle that fit my daughters need! I appreciate all the hard work you guys did even with our limited options!! I highly recommend asking for Luís his years of experience really shows when it comes to selling you a new car! I was in Monroe for a couple nights. I live in the Cincinnati area. On the way up i thought my jeep had a transmission fluid leak. I was also due for a oil change. I called about the transmission leak and they mentioned that they couldn't get it until next week. That didn't work but I said I'd still come up for oil change. When I arrived and spoke with someone about my transmission concerns. The service employee spoke with the transmission guy and he said he'd go ahead and take care of my transmission and oil change at the same time. It all took less than an hour and gave me such piece of mind. I was so thankful

We had an emergent situation with our vehicle on a road trip, and ended up at LPK Friday shortly before closing. The entire staff was fantastic... specifically Suzie and Kari. They were able to diagnose the problem, and get us a rental vehicle to continue on to see our son for his first Father's Day. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and the LPK staff helped diffuse the situation and problem solve for us. They repaired our vehicle first thing Monday morning, and I was able to get my vehicle that day. I can't say enough good things about the dealership and staff!

Found a gem at this dealership four and half hours away, and everyone there was helpful and kind. Keynen was fantastic to work with through texts, videos and even a FaceTime call that allowed me to look over the vehicle the best I could from almost 300 miles away. Wife and I decided to take a chance and drove to the dealership to see and test drive in person. Keynen did not misrepresent the vehicle and it was worth the trip; the dealer even took care of an unexpected mechanical issue at their expense before we drove it home. Cannot say enough good things about Keynen, Fred and the entire dealership. The worst part is they are so far away from us because we would definitely do business with them again! Highly recommend!

Derick Zehner was amazing for a newbie salesman. Keynen Zachman did awesome whenever Derek reached out for assistance. Both of these young men showed great respect to my mother who uses a walker. They were on point opening doors and holding doors and just everything you would like to see a young man do they were on point I could not be happier with the vehicle that I was sold, it is not what I went in to get, but it is the best one that I could’ve walked away with thank you again so much for such an awesome experience.

Many things don’t compare to the excitement of leaving with your DREAM car. I came in knowing it may not be a reality and had come to terms with the fact that I would have to choose my back up option, which was fine because it was almost everything I wanted. Nick Gray knew I was willing to settle, but he was willing to try to make it work. Between God & his hard work my dreams became reality. Also want to throw a shout out to Rob T. for assisting with the process & for JJ in finance for answering all my questions and concerns with warranties and walking the path of making sure I’m covered in any scenario my mind could think of. Buying a new car can be a vulnerable experience but I was always met with reassurance that I was in good hands and I can firmly say, I was! I just purchased a vehicle from LPK of Defiance on Monday and the process from beginning to end was great. The first vehicle I test drove was not for me, but Lupe knew his vehicles well enough to suggest an exact SUV that I was looking for. They took the time to work with my loan officer to make sure I was able to leave with the vehicle that day. Everyone was very friendly and had a smile on their face. Great all around experience. Rob, Lupe and Kierstyn were all fantastic. No one Is pushy, they tell you what they can do and they're honest about it from the get go. Lupe is the GM, and he greeted me within a minute of me walking in the office with Rob. Not very often do you see a GM our greeting people! Great experience, I highly recommend!

I had a FANTASTIC Experience at LWCDJR! I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to go check them out! Steve, my salesman, Michael who handled my financing, and Ralph the GM went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle I wanted and I'm beyond grateful! Most everything was done by text, over the phone, and email making it super easy and quick when I actually went into the dealership to pick up my Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. I desperately needed a new to me vehicle and have been working on my credit but currently don't have the best and was not sure if it would even be possible but, like I said these gentlemen went above and beyond to get me financing and I didn't have to sacrifice on the vehicle I really wanted! I wanted a ceramic grey Pacifica 2022 with 50-60k miles in good condition and that's basically what I ended up in only a little better in my opinion! Exact color and year with 67k miles and it was a hybrid with the "S" package, meaning the black package basically. With solid black interior, leather in pristine condition, and on the outside what would normally be chrome, is black, like the front grill and rims! Just a very sharp looking vehicle and I'm beyond grateful for everything at this dealership!

Service was great. Called on Thursday, got in on Friday. Took care of a recall and engine light on. Had to order a visor replacement. Called on Monday to say part was in, was in and out same day. Amber my service advisor was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.

I came to this dealership a couple days ago in need of a car as soon as I could get one. I met my salesman, Nick Gray, also known as the 419 car guy, and he almost immediately got me into the driver seat for a test drive. I almost instantly fell in love with it. It was my first time buying a car and he walked me through the entire process and answered any questions I had. I heard from multiple people that the process of buying a car took them an entire day, but I believe from the time I test drove it, to driving off the lot with it, I was only there a total of 3 or so hours. All in all, it was a wonderful first experience for buying a car and I plan on working with them for future vehicles.

I had a fantastic experience here. I purchased a Tesla Model 3 that was a recent trade-in from another customer. Denise, a sales consultant, made everything so easy for me. She never pushed anything on me. She's definitely not your typical "car salesman" that you usually encounter. She was honest, personable, kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. She has had customers come back to buy another car from her, and I can totally see why—I wish all salesmen were like her! Jeremy, the finance and insurance manager, handled all the paperwork and guided me through that. He was very professional and explained any questions I had. Dealerships are often pushy, like to play games, and many other things. I am happy to say that this dealership runs its ship differently. I would come back :)
