Bought a used car for my son, his first car. Melvin was great, probably the best experience I’ve had with a salesperson purchasing a vehicle. Was transparent throughout the whole process , worked with me on the deal , got me a good rate , got the payment right about where we were looking, and just had a great personality. However , after we finished up , we had to go to the main dealer office right around the corner and finish up the documents . The finance manager , I forget his name , was horrible. He made an amazing buying experience bad. Without going into detail , but he was basically making inappropriate comments towards me after I finished the paper work as I was leaving the office because I declined to add extra services onto my loan . I was seriously interested in purchasing another vehicle from them , a new truck , but the finance manager has me wanting to take my business some where else because of that experience . Very unprofessional. He clearly must hate his job , to act that way with a paying customer. I give 5 stars because Melvin was great , and he deserves the recognition.

Matt, Chris, and Fred made the car buying process smooth. They were quick with the paperwork and we got right in and out. It was everything you expect from a local dealership. They were helpful in giving me space to make my decision and were transparent with all steps of the process. I will return.

I have to say today's experience surpassed any of the others in the past. My wait time was on the money! The young lady said 1 1/2 and my vehicle was done in less than the time frame given. Normally I wait at least 3 hrs with an appointment. This time no grease or foot prints in the truck. Thank you!

Best Jeep dealership in Florida! No haggling. No tricks. Honest, family-owned dealership. Well worth the drive. Steer clear of Lakeland Jeep. They hike prices of vehicles up $20,000 over MSRP, which prevents you from qualifying for finance. I know from personal experience on a Rubicon I was forced to pay cash for.

I called Winterhaven Jeep to purchase a Jeep and they connected me to a salesman named Rak. He was amazing, very knowledgeable, friendly and not a high pressure salesman! Walked me through ever step. I can honestly say he went out of his way for me. I lived two hours away and he arranged for drivers to meet me and give me the vehicle. Even followed up days later to see how I like the Jeep. I would highly recommend Rak to anyone!

Bought my new 2026 rebel truck with Gabby. Most of it was handled over the phone and computer because I travel for work. She made it all very convenient for me. when I came into town to pick up my truck I literally just signed my paperwork and left. She had everything ready and waiting. Winter Haven Collision Center did an excellent job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My rear bumper received a few gouges and scuffs from a minor event. They filled and smoothed the bumper, and painted it. It looks like new. The finish is perfect!

Out of the 6 cars my family has owned 5 came from Monroe CDJR. Sales staff there are top notch, they don't prussure you into a sale or step on your neck about sales. VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. We were looking for a car after my daughter was hit by a guy that ran a red light. Totaled her car and injured her. After getting her well, an Auto friend of mine pointed me to Dodge of Winter haven. My daughter wanted another Toyota Corolla due to the protection it offered when hit and the perks of the car. We found it at Dodge in Winterhaven. We contacted Kyle Williams at the dealership. Kyle was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us with the paperwork, prepping and guiding us through the process. Financing was quick and we didn’t have to wait most of the day for it. Kyle made sure the car was filled up, cleaned and serviced before we headed back to Tallahassee, Florida. So back in April me and my daughter went in and purchased a car. Ling story short. The car started giving us problems within the 1st couple of weeks. Oh cool we have the warranty. Turns out the warranty did cover most of the the repairs but as a mother I wanted to make sure she got a safe and reliable vehicle. After a long couple weeks of going back and forth with the shop, dealership and finance company Clint and Luís we able to work work there magic and got her into a newer vehicle that fit my daughters need! I was in Monroe for a couple nights. I live in the Cincinnati area. On the way up i thought my jeep had a transmission fluid leak. I was also due for a oil change. I called about the transmission leak and they mentioned that they couldn't get it until next week. That didn't work but I said I'd still come up for oil change. When I arrived and spoke with someone about my transmission concerns. The service employee spoke with the transmission guy and he said he'd go ahead and take care of my transmission and oil change at the same time. It all took less than an hour and gave me such piece of mind. I was so thankful

We had an emergent situation with our vehicle on a road trip, and ended up at LPK Friday shortly before closing. The entire staff was fantastic... specifically Suzie and Kari. They were able to diagnose the problem, and get us a rental vehicle to continue on to see our son for his first Father's Day. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and the LPK staff helped diffuse the situation and problem solve for us. They repaired our vehicle first thing Monday morning, and I was able to get my vehicle that day. I can't say enough good things about the dealership and staff!

Found a gem at this dealership four and half hours away, and everyone there was helpful and kind. Keynen was fantastic to work with through texts, videos and even a FaceTime call that allowed me to look over the vehicle the best I could from almost 300 miles away. Wife and I decided to take a chance and drove to the dealership to see and test drive in person. Keynen did not misrepresent the vehicle and it was worth the trip; the dealer even took care of an unexpected mechanical issue at their expense before we drove it home. Cannot say enough good things about Keynen, Fred and the entire dealership. The worst part is they are so far away from us because we would definitely do business with them again! Highly recommend!
