I have had work done on my Chrysler and Jeep vehicles at both the body shop and the service area over the years, and have always been very pleased with the service provided.

After I got hit in the passenger rear wheel I took my Jeep Gladiator in for repairs. They kept me informed throughout the process and did an excellent job as others did not hear the clunk in the back after the hit.

The staff is great , friendly and efficient. We drive farther to go to this dealership because of their customer service.

Juan you were eager to meet us but not pushy for us to buy. you listened to what we were looking for and definitely didn’t push the “best biggest” sale you could get. Harry and RJ, again you listen and don’t push, your accommodating with out frustration and made things happen for us when we were in a tough spot, Michael, you closed everything out while still keeping the customer in mind we never thought or felt like we were “just a sale”. We are forever customers at this location.

Monroe Dodge has earned a future customer. After experiencing exceedingly poor service from my local Chrysler dealer, I will be driving farther and taking my vehicle for all its service needs to Monroe. Everyone in the service department was friendly and courteous and the work was completed in a timely manner.

Due to some personal matters I haven't been able to go to the dealership yet. But I have to tell you the young lady who is working with me has kept in touch and answered questions with true professional demeanor. I'm hoping to get the very soon.

I live in a Palm Beach County and traveled 3 hours to get the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. No salesmen down in Palm Beach, Miami, or Broward County’s knew anything about the Jeep Grand Wagoneer. They all said it either comes in Black or White with a Black interior. Keith Miles was my salesman at DCJRF of Winter Haven. He knew about the car and showed us all the accessories and how they worked. AMAZING. He worked with me over the phone. He made me feel comfortable that we could make the deal. So my wife and I took the trip and I’m glad we did. We got the deal we were looking for. Many things don’t compare to the excitement of leaving with your DREAM car. I came in knowing it may not be a reality and had come to terms with the fact that I would have to choose my back up option, which was fine because it was almost everything I wanted. Nick Gray knew I was willing to settle, but he was willing to try to make it work. Between God & his hard work my dreams became reality. Also want to throw a shout out to Rob T. for assisting with the process & for JJ in finance for answering all my questions and concerns with warranties and walking the path of making sure I’m covered in any scenario my mind could think of. Buying a new car can be a vulnerable experience but I was always met with reassurance that I was in good hands and I can firmly say, I was! I just purchased a vehicle from LPK of Defiance on Monday and the process from beginning to end was great.
