I had been searching for just the right Challenger Hellcat and through the efforts of Tony Reeves, the General Manager he found it. Tony is an asset to this dealership and makes every effort to know his customers and make the purchase… transparent and simple. I see all the negative reviews, but I believe the new management has been turned things around. I'm happy and was treated well.

I've been to multiple dealerships in search of my next vehicle. Weeks of online browsing calling dealership after dealership traveling anywhere from 20 miles to 90 miles. I felt like no one wanted to sell me what I wanted just what they wanted to get rid of. For example I would really like to have a hemi oh ok here's a GT we have. Went to buckeye told them the same thing everyone from the salesman manager and finance manager made sure they would find me something that I wanted. Thank you Buckeye for helping me out I will never buy a car from anywhere else. Will send you anyone that I know that's in the market.

I was looking for an Octane Red Charger Scat Pack and at the time it was impossible to get that color. I contacted Tina K at Monroe Dodge superstore and she was able to locate one and deliver it to me in one day. The customer service and professionalism I was shown made me feel very important to them. I will definitely be going back soon for a new Ram truck.

Thanks to Monroe Dodge, my wife and I now own a low mileage 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The vehicle was priced to sell and a good value. Jake (our sales associate) exceeded our expectations, delivery fast, honest, friendly, and professional results. - He even helped the porter detail the vehicle for delivery! We will recommend putting Monroe on our friend's/family's shopping lists!

There are several Dodge dealers in this area, but none of them responded but Monroe Dodge. The salesperson answered my email promptly, found me the truck I wanted and went to considerable trouble to get it from a distance dealership. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and the price.

Good team and great service!

I had to take time out to write a review on Rak Hovart in the service center. I caught a flat in front of their dealer and I was able to safely pull into the service drive and was fortunate enough to have Rak try and help me as much as he could. I dont own GM vehicle and Im not his customer but how he went above and beyond to try and assist me deserves some recognition. I can only imagine what a great advisor he is to his actual customers. If youre looking for a center with an honest, helfpful and caring advisor Rak is your man! Dont even think twice.

I had my 2025 Chrysler Pacifica minivan serviced here under warranty and to have 2 recalls performed. This is not my dealership where I had originally purchased my car but was selected due to my research online as to who was better than other dealerships closer to my location. I was pleased by the friendliness of the service manager, advisor, and others on the team. Though it was an inconvenience to me due to technical issues with Chrysler the dealership service team made things better by their focus on pleasing the customer and addressing the issues with the car. I would recommend this dealership.

A courtesy ride was available, but a Loaner for the time of the repairs given instead. There was been no problems since the repairs. Great service!

Had to get some paperwork to fill out for DMV and Angel was more than helpful.

I recently was in need of tire replacements. After calling various places, only to be told they didn't have the tires I needed in stock and would take a couple of days to get. Then I would need to book an appointment about two weeks or more wait. I called Buckeye Super Store. I spoke with Adam Ogdon, he was able to order tires that arrived the next day and got me an appointment right away. I only had to wait two days, because of the weekend. Adam was very professional, kind and courteous. Very helpful.

The speed and the work was exceptional and I was well taken care of . It was a great experience across the board.

Rather he worked the deal for the exact truck I wanted He worked towards the price I wanted for my trade and the new truck. Like any car deal there were hurdles to overcome, but I now have a new truck in my garage thanks to Cristo and the team. I bought a brand new ram 2500 from Winterhaven Dodge Chrysler ram about three months ago. The day after I took it home, the truck broke down. I brought it back to them. They couldn’t really figure out what it was. It turned out to be a star case which is when they have to deal directly with RAM to fix the issue. The truck was in the shop for about three months they stuck with it. They did get it running perfectly. It turned out to be a defective fuel pump. They gave me a loaner car in the meantime did not charge me a penny I can’t blame them for selling me the truck because they did not make it. However, they stuck with it until it was fixed. No complaints toward the dealership themselves young lady named Vicky in the service department was a lot of help.
