OK, I’ve been on a Jeep Wrangler for over 30 years and I’ve been dealing with the same person in New Jersey, but I found Winter Haven Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram from sales people to finance to the managers. The general manager. These are the best people to deal with they will do the right thing for you. Manny, Ethan, Jayden, Niko, and Clint every body is so on point, they work with you and keep the car buying expierence amazing.

Always a great experience with the service department. Lizbeth is always very helpful and provides excellent customer service. I recently had an issue with a battery that was still under warranty, and they took care of everything quickly. Alexis D was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I initially reached out via CARFAX where I saw a listing for a car I was extremely interested in. I’ve had a ton of other vehicles I was looking at and with this dealership being an hour and 45 minutes away, I wasn’t sure if it’d be worth the drive. Well, it absolutely was. I was speaking to Cynthia via message, who was super helpful. She clarified any concerns I had, reassured me with any questions, and truly made me comfortable enough to even make the drive the next day. I knew I had to see this car asap because Monroe was extremely competitive with their prices and was truly the best in the market I’ve seen. Once I got there, I was greater instantly and led over to Alexis. She did an amazing job from start to finish. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think I would have felt so confident and comfortable. I’ve bought a few cars in the past, all from older salesmen who really never talked to me as a person, but Alexis really did great at easing the nerves. I had such an easy breezy test drive, so much so that I decided to make it trade in right then, right there, that day. Alexis made sure to spend as much time as we needed that evening to ensure I drove him in that car. I couldn’t be more grateful for her patience and attention to detail. I also want to give another notable mention to Donna and Brian. Brian (or Bryan) were both super transparent. Brian made me realize how a true dealership should be. I have been going to a dealership closer to my home for the past few months for many services on my car, but never once was told about have 17 recalls on my car… he was just as shocked as I was that they never told me anything. I couldn’t believe that not only would a place not even mention it to me, but how easily and quickly it was for Monroe to tell me this. This is how a dealership should be. Donna was extremely helpful with the paperwork. There were a few items I needed to take home and thanks to her organization, it was so easy to complete everything the next morning and mail it all out. She couldn’t have made things easier. All in all, the entire team was amazing. Even the people who didn’t help us directly - they were all SO friendly and helpful. Granted, they’re trying to make a sale at the end of the day, but despite that, it never felt like that. I’m happy to give them my business and even happier to give them a sale if that’s the case. Thank you Alexis and team!.

I just bought my second car in 3 years from Posner Park CDJRF and it honestly was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From start to finish everyone was professional and polite...my salesman was Cesar De LA Cruz and I can't say enuff about him, he is truely a man of his word! The Business Mgr. Marcos Vargas did my financing and made it quick and painless and had me in an out in no time answering every question that I had...hats off to the entire team at Posner Park CJDR...I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends,or to anyone reading this...I bought a 2023 Chrysler 300 and got an amazing deal on it being one of the only 23's left on the lot...and I'm very happy with the car and the whole experience!

Worked with Matt Ball on purchasing a used Kia EV6 to replace my current one whose lease was ending. At the last moment Kia offered me a huge discount on buying mine out so I did not go through with buying here, BUT Matt was super helpful answering questions taking additional pictures and videos, etc. I especially appreciate that he didn't try to hide or gloss over any issues. He clearly pointed out some small paint defects. I've worked with other sales people that would have left that as a surprise for me after making the long drive out. Highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent service ! My truck had to be in the shop for almost a month because lifters failed from factory. This was with in my warranty. Their team on the dealer side & fleet side walked me through every step of the way . Keeping me updated and providing pictures etc. they took all proper steps and even provided me a rental car to have for the time being in the shop. Will always continue to do business with them

Buckeye Super Store Jeep, in Shelby had a Jeep that my wife and I really liked on Facebook. I called the dealership and spoke with Derek Zehner, the salesman about this vehicle. I told him that we were coming up to look at it and we’re a hour away. He said he would have it ready for us to see and test drive. Upon arrival Derek had it ready for us. He explained the vehicle to us and we test drove it. The process was very smooth, no pressure or back and forth. After that we purchased the vehicle. Derek was very professional, attentive to all our questions. Thank you Derek and staff.

I just made a purchase of a brand new 2026 Durango 392 from this dealership and had an awesome experience. I recently bought a 2015 Dodge Dart SE. It happened to have several recalls regarding its automatic transmission, I was aware of this when I bought the car. I was driving in Winter Haven a few weeks ago and the transmission would not go into park. I called for a tow, twenty minutes later I was on my way to Winter Haven Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram. This was on a Saturday, the service advisor was kind and she informed me that my car is safe in the lot Later that afternoon the service center called me and informed me that it was a bad bushing in the transmission and that I was lucky and they had the covered part in stock and it was ready to be picked up. I has some interval maintenance done and was surprised that there prices weren't to bad . I am happy with the service that was provided.

We definitely had a 5 star car buying experience- probably the best one ever. We saw the truck we wanted on Car Gurus and connected directly with the dealership. We texted back and forth with Mose and did a preliminary valuation on our trade in plus a few other things. We made an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival, Mose met us and had the truck ready for us to drive. We test drove then proceeded to write up the paperwork. We were very happy with the credit given for our trade-in. We had planned on using financing from our own credit union, which was at a great rate. Mose asked if we wanted them to see if they could beat it. They were able to meet the rate so we decided to go with them. Mose turned it over to Michael, the business manager, who processed and reviewed all of our paperwork. We ended up adding a great warranty. Michael was very efficient and went over everything. We were there for at least 3 hours but were able to drive away with our new truck. The truck was very clean, and had a full tank of gas. We felt that this dealership was a very professional organization and were very pleased with the whole process, from beginning to end. We never felt pressured or overwhelmed, which is easy to do in a vehicle buying experience. Everything about this dealership is high class. We highly recommend buying a vehicle here.

I have to say that this was the BEST experience my wife and I have ever dealt with when it comes to buying a car from the dealership. I was going to a previous dealer and leased about 4 different cars and the last time we went to our previous dealer it wasnt the best experience. After all that I was looking at Monroe Chrysler and was wanting some info. The VERY next day I got a phone call from a sweet lady named Cynthia and she was helping me with some things and got me an appointment for Wednesday. The day we walked in we were welcomed by a very nice salesman named Troy who was very personable and went through every detail on purchasing a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience very comfortable and easy and really helped us get the Best deal. We also had a very easy process with financing with Jeremy which he worked hard as well to get us the best financing options. He was very nice as well. We purchased a 19 pre owned Honda cr v with 70000 miles and we couldn’t be happier. Nate (sales rep), Chris (sales manager), and Fred (finance manager) were great to work with. We had good dialogue and negotiation such that we were able to come to an agreement on terms. The Buckeye Superstore was wonderful to work with. They saved us $5000 compared to purchasing through our local Chrysler Dealer. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The sales manager Chris, salesman Mike and the finance manager Fred were all straight shooters. The price they told me over the phone was the price we paid to the penny. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to the Buckeye Superstore. The salesman Mike must have spent an hour showing my wife how to operate all of the electronics in the van. They knew that we picked up our kids from school and then drove two hours to get there. When we arrived they were wonderful with our kids and showed them to the lounge area and offered them snacks and drinks. After we left the dealership to head home my wife pulled over to the side of the road to start a movie for our kids. Chris the sales manager was driving by and he stopped to make sure that everything was OK. Everyone we dealt with there was extremely friendly and helpful. These folks keep their word and know how to treat customers. If you are in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend that you give the Buckeye Superstore a call.

I always come here for my oil changes. The got this little fellow named Gary who does the best oil changes because he cares. In stead of just kicking the vehicle out fast to get to the next one he checks everything out and makes sure you are good before letting the vehicle go. Plus he can get into all the tight spaces with his little child like hands. The parts department was also able to find me a difficult part and have it shipped. Really enjoy this location.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so. I cannot say how great and easy it was to deal with Buckeye for my new Jeep. Just like a few other reviews I to live out of state. Upon purchase I needed the vehicle shipped to New York. Working with Mike in sales along with Fred in Finance was hassle free and straightforward. There were no bait and switches, everything was up front and communication was stellar. Easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Especially since it can be nerve racking dealing out of state. However, the purchase process and shipping of the vehicle should speak volumes to their dealership and customer service. I highly recommend Buckeye and would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.
