I had a very good experience! Everything was extremely quick and easy. I am a first time buyer so I expected things to be more difficult. They weren’t at all! Everything went smoothly. Troy and Jeremy were extremely helpful and even made sure I had my car so I could get to work by 5pm the same day. I’m so happy with my new car! :)

Today was my first time and excited at the service department since our arrival here in Florida from Texas. I am originally from Monroe Michigan , but now living in Oklahoma . I was in Monroe for family when my Wrangler developed a coolant leak. Nick in service knew I wanted to head home the next day and fit me into their busy schedule. I want to thank Monroe Dodge Jeep for their professionalism !

They fixed my Pacifica PHEV that I didn't purchase with them, they provided a loaner and after 5 days they were able to fix a couple of issues, one of those issues the car had since new and my previous dealership were I bought the car was never able to root cause, stay away from Feldman Woodhaven, make the drive all the way to Monroe CDJR to get top service. My next van will be from them.

This is the first time that I have bought a car from buckeye superstore. I was in need of a car.So I stopped in to see what they had. I found the people at the dealership very down to earth and easy to deal with. My sales rep was named john and he did an excellent job for us. You got me into the car I wanted at a good price. I was told by many repair shops: "only a dealer will touch a pentastar engine with that problem..." the ominous valve train ticking. Monroe Jeep knew the engine and preformed the repairs efficiently and professionally. Thanks everyone.

We definitely had a 5 star car buying experience- probably the best one ever. We saw the truck we wanted on Car Gurus and connected directly with the dealership. We texted back and forth with Mose and did a preliminary valuation on our trade in plus a few other things. We made an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival, Mose met us and had the truck ready for us to drive. We test drove then proceeded to write up the paperwork. We were very happy with the credit given for our trade-in. We had planned on using financing from our own credit union, which was at a great rate. Mose asked if we wanted them to see if they could beat it. They were able to meet the rate so we decided to go with them. Mose turned it over to Michael, the business manager, who processed and reviewed all of our paperwork. We ended up adding a great warranty. Michael was very efficient and went over everything. We were there for at least 3 hours but were able to drive away with our new truck. The truck was very clean, and had a full tank of gas. We felt that this dealership was a very professional organization and were very pleased with the whole process, from beginning to end. We never felt pressured or overwhelmed, which is easy to do in a vehicle buying experience. Everything about this dealership is high class. We highly recommend buying a vehicle here.

We had Shane as our sales guy and Mike as our finance manager and we had a seamless experience. Shane is a family guy and related to me being very busy and made the buying process easy and straight forward. He delivered my car 1.5 hours away SAME DAY. I never had to step foot in the dealership.

I have to say that this was the BEST experience my wife and I have ever dealt with when it comes to buying a car from the dealership. I was going to a previous dealer and leased about 4 different cars and the last time we went to our previous dealer it wasnt the best experience. After all that I was looking at Monroe Chrysler and was wanting some info. The VERY next day I got a phone call from a sweet lady named Cynthia and she was helping me with some things and got me an appointment for Wednesday. The day we walked in we were welcomed by a very nice salesman named Troy who was very personable and went through every detail on purchasing a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience very comfortable and easy and really helped us get the Best deal. We also had a very easy process with financing with Jeremy which he worked hard as well to get us the best financing options. He was very nice as well. We purchased a 19 pre owned Honda cr v with 70000 miles and we couldn’t be happier. Nate (sales rep), Chris (sales manager), and Fred (finance manager) were great to work with. We had good dialogue and negotiation such that we were able to come to an agreement on terms.
