This was my second purchase from this dealership. It was a relaxing experience, Steve Knope was my sales associate and he was super patient… it took me a while to make up my mind. He never made me feel as if he was aggravated or stressed out by my indecisiveness. Once the sale was completed he had my new wheels spotless! I would definitely purchase from them again and would highly recommend Steve!

You do not find to many car dealerships that make you feel like family. They want to make sure you get the best care for you and all the benefits out of it too. Evan is an awesome sales person! I went in with a budget, i knew what i was willing to spend mid September, and this was firm. Didn’t have what i wanted, of course there were other vehicles. Not what i wanted, and out of my price range. Evan kept in contact with me for a month and a half, very patient, kind, and personable. 41 days later I bought a Jeep Cherokee!

The Buckeye Superstore was wonderful to work with. They saved us $5000 compared to purchasing through our local Chrysler Dealer. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The sales manager Chris, salesman Mike and the finance manager Fred were all straight shooters. The price they told me over the phone was the price we paid to the penny. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to the Buckeye Superstore. The salesman Mike must have spent an hour showing my wife how to operate all of the electronics in the van. They knew that we picked up our kids from school and then drove two hours to get there. When we arrived they were wonderful with our kids and showed them to the lounge area and offered them snacks and drinks. After we left the dealership to head home my wife pulled over to the side of the road to start a movie for our kids. Chris the sales manager was driving by and he stopped to make sure that everything was OK. Everyone we dealt with there was extremely friendly and helpful. These folks keep their word and know how to treat customers. If you are in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend that you give the Buckeye Superstore a call.

I always come here for my oil changes. The got this little fellow named Gary who does the best oil changes because he cares. In stead of just kicking the vehicle out fast to get to the next one he checks everything out and makes sure you are good before letting the vehicle go. Plus he can get into all the tight spaces with his little child like hands. The parts department was also able to find me a difficult part and have it shipped. Really enjoy this location.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so. I cannot say how great and easy it was to deal with Buckeye for my new Jeep. Just like a few other reviews I to live out of state. Upon purchase I needed the vehicle shipped to New York. Working with Mike in sales along with Fred in Finance was hassle free and straightforward. There were no bait and switches, everything was up front and communication was stellar. Easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Especially since it can be nerve racking dealing out of state. However, the purchase process and shipping of the vehicle should speak volumes to their dealership and customer service. I highly recommend Buckeye and would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

I had some concerns about a light on my vehicle. I called to see if I could bring my vehicle in to be serviced that same day. I was told yes. They serviced my vehicle. While I waited to hear the results I ask Josh if they could rotate my tires he said yes and they did. I didn’t have a long wait considering I was a walk in. My RAM was brought in to replace the fuel pump and get an up date on t h e software The fuel pump was replaced as expected, but the software had an issue which required a $3,100 part At first the dealer balked at replacing the part,but after several discussions with Chrysler they replaced the part This issue took nearly month to resolve and the dealer provided me with a new truck at no expense to me The staff kept me informed at all times and was extremely courteous on the phone or in person In today's business environment it is hard to find a business like this that went out of there way to satisfy a customer who by chance had their vehicle towed into their facility.

After having a very bad experience at a different dealership Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram took the problems they caused onto themselves. They order parts and made the repairs. I will be a customer from now on!

Very pleasant office and staff. Professional salesperson and finance people. The car was not as clean as it could be so I had them take back to clean it. When they brought it back out it still had some marks on it but we live 1.5 hours away and just wanted to get on the road home. I would definitely recommend this dealership

We recently purchased a Jeep from this team and they far exceeded my expectations. Every question i had comparing lease vs purchase was answered, allowing us to make an unpressured and relaxed decision. The entire team was knowledgeable and helpful in the process. We had people getting us water, tracking down final detailing tasks, getting the vehicle gas tank topped off and expediting our trade in value. We had upper leadership dealership staff helping all along in the process. No job was beneath anybody to accomplish. Our time was valued! It started with our awesome salesman Brian! Its not often I’ve felt so pleased and easy after purchasing a vehicle. The atmosphere made me believe I could send my youngest child to purchase a vehicle and get an honest deal. When the time is right for my next vehicle…this is where I’m purchasing.

This is the 2nd Jeep I've purchased from Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Although they are almost 3 hours (each way) from where I live, they are great people, honest, helpful with all that is needed for the best deal and ease of sale. In fact, the same sales rep that I purchased my original Jeep from 5 years ago is still there and helped with my new purchase. It has been a pleasure doing business with them!
