OK, I’ve been on a Jeep Wrangler for over 30 years and I’ve been dealing with the same person in New Jersey, but I found Winter Haven Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram from sales people to finance to the managers. The general manager. These are the best people to deal with they will do the right thing for you. Always a great experience with the service department. Lizbeth is always very helpful and provides excellent customer service. I recently had an issue with a battery that was still under warranty, and they took care of everything quickly. Alexis D was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I initially reached out via CARFAX where I saw a listing for a car I was extremely interested in. I’ve had a ton of other vehicles I was looking at and with this dealership being an hour and 45 minutes away, I wasn’t sure if it’d be worth the drive. Well, it absolutely was. I was speaking to Cynthia via message, who was super helpful. She clarified any concerns I had, reassured me with any questions, and truly made me comfortable enough to even make the drive the next day. I knew I had to see this car asap because Monroe was extremely competitive with their prices and was truly the best in the market I’ve seen. Once I got there, I was greater instantly and led over to Alexis. She did an amazing job from start to finish. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think I would have felt so confident and comfortable. I’ve bought a few cars in the past, all from older salesmen who really never talked to me as a person, but Alexis really did great at easing the nerves. I had such an easy breezy test drive, so much so that I decided to make it trade in right then, right there, that day. Alexis made sure to spend as much time as we needed that evening to ensure I drove him in that car. I couldn’t be more grateful for her patience and attention to detail. I also want to give another notable mention to Donna and Brian. Brian (or Bryan) were both super transparent. Brian made me realize how a true dealership should be. I have been going to a dealership closer to my home for the past few months for many services on my car, but never once was told about have 17 recalls on my car… he was just as shocked as I was that they never told me anything. I couldn’t believe that not only would a place not even mention it to me, but how easily and quickly it was for Monroe to tell me this. This is how a dealership should be. Donna was extremely helpful with the paperwork. There were a few items I needed to take home and thanks to her organization, it was so easy to complete everything the next morning and mail it all out. She couldn’t have made things easier. All in all, the entire team was amazing. Even the people who didn’t help us directly - they were all SO friendly and helpful. Granted, they’re trying to make a sale at the end of the day, but despite that, it never felt like that. I’m happy to give them my business and even happier to give them a sale if that’s the case. Thank you Alexis and team!.

I just bought my second car in 3 years from Posner Park CDJRF and it honestly was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From start to finish everyone was professional and polite...my salesman was Cesar De LA Cruz and I can't say enuff about him, he is truely a man of his word! The Business Mgr. Marcos Vargas did my financing and made it quick and painless and had me in an out in no time answering every question that I had...hats off to the entire team at Posner Park CJDR...I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends,or to anyone reading this...I bought a 2023 Chrysler 300 and got an amazing deal on it being one of the only 23's left on the lot...and I'm very happy with the car and the whole experience!

Worked with Matt Ball on purchasing a used Kia EV6 to replace my current one whose lease was ending. At the last moment Kia offered me a huge discount on buying mine out so I did not go through with buying here, BUT Matt was super helpful answering questions taking additional pictures and videos, etc. I especially appreciate that he didn't try to hide or gloss over any issues. He clearly pointed out some small paint defects. I've worked with other sales people that would have left that as a surprise for me after making the long drive out. Highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent service ! My truck had to be in the shop for almost a month because lifters failed from factory. This was with in my warranty. Their team on the dealer side & fleet side walked me through every step of the way . Keeping me updated and providing pictures etc. they took all proper steps and even provided me a rental car to have for the time being in the shop. Will always continue to do business with them

Buckeye Super Store Jeep, in Shelby had a Jeep that my wife and I really liked on Facebook. I called the dealership and spoke with Derek Zehner, the salesman about this vehicle. I told him that we were coming up to look at it and we’re a hour away. He said he would have it ready for us to see and test drive. Upon arrival Derek had it ready for us. He explained the vehicle to us and we test drove it. The process was very smooth, no pressure or back and forth. After that we purchased the vehicle. I recently bought a 2015 Dodge Dart SE. It happened to have several recalls regarding its automatic transmission, I was aware of this when I bought the car. I was driving in Winter Haven a few weeks ago and the transmission would not go into park. I called for a tow, twenty minutes later I was on my way to Winter Haven Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram. This was on a Saturday, the service advisor was kind and she informed me that my car is safe in the lot Later that afternoon the service center called me and informed me that it was a bad bushing in the transmission and that I was lucky and they had the covered part in stock and it was ready to be picked up. I has some interval maintenance done and was surprised that there prices weren't to bad . I am happy with the service that was provided.

While traveling in the area from Maine, our 2026 2500 Ram was having issues draining the battery. After checking with some local Ram dealerships, LPK service team was able to get our truck into their schedule. The issue was diagnosed and problem addressed under warranty. Bought my new 2026 rebel truck with Gabby. Most of it was handled over the phone and computer because I travel for work. Winter Haven Collision Center did an excellent job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My rear bumper received a few gouges and scuffs from a minor event. They filled and smoothed the bumper, and painted it. It looks like new. The finish is perfect!

VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. Within the hour, she texted back that the car was just about ready and my shuttle could come get me. Hernan arrived a short time later, brought my car around and checked me out. Car ran great for the two hour drive home. Highly recommend Posner Park Jeep, Chrysler, etc. service dept, for their customer service, quick turn around, and friendliness!

We were looking for a car after my daughter was hit by a guy that ran a red light. Totaled her car and injured her. After getting her well, an Auto friend of mine pointed me to Dodge of Winter haven. My daughter wanted another Toyota Corolla due to the protection it offered when hit and the perks of the car. We found it at Dodge in Winterhaven. We contacted Kyle Williams at the dealership. Kyle was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us with the paperwork, prepping and guiding us through the process. Financing was quick and we didn’t have to wait most of the day for it. Kyle made sure the car was filled up, cleaned and serviced before we headed back to Tallahassee, Florida. So back in April me and my daughter went in and purchased a car. Ling story short. The car started giving us problems within the 1st couple of weeks. Oh cool we have the warranty. Turns out the warranty did cover most of the the repairs but as a mother I wanted to make sure she got a safe and reliable vehicle. After a long couple weeks of going back and forth with the shop, dealership and finance company Clint and Luís we able to work work there magic and got her into a newer vehicle that fit my daughters need! I appreciate all the hard work you guys did even with our limited options!! I highly recommend asking for Luís his years of experience really shows when it comes to selling you a new car! I was in Monroe for a couple nights. I live in the Cincinnati area. On the way up i thought my jeep had a transmission fluid leak. I was also due for a oil change. I called about the transmission leak and they mentioned that they couldn't get it until next week. That didn't work but I said I'd still come up for oil change. When I arrived and spoke with someone about my transmission concerns. The service employee spoke with the transmission guy and he said he'd go ahead and take care of my transmission and oil change at the same time. It all took less than an hour and gave me such piece of mind. I was so thankful
