I bought a car and didn’t know how to drive manual so I didn’t test drive it. And the car runs perfectly with no issues still to this day. Gave me a free oil change as well. Super trustworthy place to shop.

I needed a last minute service done late on a Saturday afternoon, and they were kind enough to squeeze me in and get me going in on my way! Absolutely amazing people!

I've brought my Dodge Grand caravan here a couple of times to fix various issues. They've always been courteous, explained everything, and fixed the problems in a timely manner. Each time the invoice matched the final price with no unexpected surprises. This last visit it even ended up being a few bucks cheaper than what they initially told me. Waiting area has comfy chairs and pretty decent coffee.

I traveled from Orlando to this dealership, and it was well worth the trip. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was both transparent, helpful and pleasant to deal with. In particular my sales person, Shane Kirtley, was hands-down one of the best sales people I’ve ever dealt with. Shane was extremely thorough, transparent, and I could literally see how hard he worked both himself, and with the manager to get me a deal. We drove all the way from Dundee Mi. To buy a certain vehicle we seen online at this location. We met Joe at the door. He was very welcoming, we told him exactly what we came their for and didn't try to sell us another vehicle. We walked out of their with the exact truck we asked for. Joe and Kierstyn the financial manager was very nice.

I honestly hate purchasing a new vehicle. Truly. It is such a painstaking process. Until now. Chris (now Sales Mgr) sold my husband his last two trucks and had a great experience at Buckeye so when it was time for me to trade that was the first place we looked. From the time we walked in the door I had the best team-selling experience with Nate and Chris. They were both very honest and straightforward about our deal and how they were able to help us, and they both have the best personalities. They were great when I bought my car there. I have since traded it in somewhere else and have called 6 times in the last 4 months to get the refund on my gap insurance. I am always directed to a voicemail and never get a call back. The last car I traded the Toyota dealership faxed me a form no questions asked and I had my refund in about 2 weeks. 4 MONTHS no call back. Maybe someone will read this review and contact me...

I found a 1500 limited listed at a wonderful price at Buckeye so I reached out to inquire about it. Matt from the Buckeye team reached out and was prompt, professional, and very straightforward with no fluff which I greatly appreciated. We didn’t come to terms on a deal (my fault for overvaluing my trucks trade in value), but I left greatly impressed by the team at Buckeye. I highly recommended doing business with this bunch. If I lived closer they would have all of my business!
