Jacob was extremely helpful with the entire process during and after. He made sure I was taken care of and helped keep my daughter occupied with coloring and Candy. We ordered our vehicle with Jacob. He was very professional and caring. From making sure we were more than satisfied to playing hide and seek with our two kids while we signed the the papers. I rarely take the time to leave reviews but wanted to let people know about the excellent experience I had with LPK. I had been searching for the right Ram Rebel for months and I finally found one that had everything I was looking for at dealership about an hour away. Emailed the dealer asking for their “internet price quote”. They came back with add ons for financing and a trade and didn’t honor their own price. Disillusioned with that experience, I gave up for a few days. Then another vehicle popped up that met my needs. That’s where LPK came in. Sent a request to be contacted and Aaron replied back quickly and we talked on the phone. This could not have been easier. They honored their internet price (and then some) and we completed the deal in less than 10 minutes. And they delivered my car to me since I live a couple of hours away. Never even stepped foot into the dealership. Just that easy. Aaron, Justin and Angela were great. Call them. You won’t regret it.

This crew is so legit, we drove from Detroit, MI. Shout out to a Jacob S. For getting us taken care of within HOURS, after trying for DAYS to get our Gladiator. Shout out to Angela for making all of the finance paperwork incredibly easy to understand and all the laughs we shared in the process. Finally, shout out to the random sock on the floor meant to help chairs slide??? It really just made us all laugh a little harder. Bought my new 2026 rebel truck with Gabby. Most of it was handled over the phone and computer because I travel for work. She made it all very convenient for me. when I came into town to pick up my truck I literally just signed my paperwork and left. She had everything ready and waiting. This is by far the best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle.

Winter Haven Collision Center did an excellent job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My rear bumper received a few gouges and scuffs from a minor event. They filled and smoothed the bumper, and painted it. It looks like new. The finish is perfect!

VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. Within the hour, she texted back that the car was just about ready and my shuttle could come get me. Hernan arrived a short time later, brought my car around and checked me out. Car ran great for the two hour drive home. Highly recommend Posner Park Jeep, Chrysler, etc. service dept, for their customer service, quick turn around, and friendliness!

We were looking for a car after my daughter was hit by a guy that ran a red light. Totaled her car and injured her. After getting her well, an Auto friend of mine pointed me to Dodge of Winter haven. My daughter wanted another Toyota Corolla due to the protection it offered when hit and the perks of the car. We found it at Dodge in Winterhaven. We contacted Kyle Williams at the dealership. Kyle was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us with the paperwork, prepping and guiding us through the process. Financing was quick and we didn’t have to wait most of the day for it. Kyle made sure the car was filled up, cleaned and serviced before we headed back to Tallahassee, Florida. So back in April me and my daughter went in and purchased a car. Ling story short. The car started giving us problems within the 1st couple of weeks. Oh cool we have the warranty. Turns out the warranty did cover most of the the repairs but as a mother I wanted to make sure she got a safe and reliable vehicle. After a long couple weeks of going back and forth with the shop, dealership and finance company Clint and Luís we able to work work there magic and got her into a newer vehicle that fit my daughters need! I appreciate all the hard work you guys did even with our limited options!! I highly recommend asking for Luís his years of experience really shows when it comes to selling you a new car! I was in Monroe for a couple nights. I live in the Cincinnati area. On the way up i thought my jeep had a transmission fluid leak. I was also due for a oil change. I called about the transmission leak and they mentioned that they couldn't get it until next week. That didn't work but I said I'd still come up for oil change. When I arrived and spoke with someone about my transmission concerns. The service employee spoke with the transmission guy and he said he'd go ahead and take care of my transmission and oil change at the same time. It all took less than an hour and gave me such piece of mind. I was so thankful

We had an emergent situation with our vehicle on a road trip, and ended up at LPK Friday shortly before closing. The entire staff was fantastic... specifically Suzie and Kari. They were able to diagnose the problem, and get us a rental vehicle to continue on to see our son for his first Father's Day. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and the LPK staff helped diffuse the situation and problem solve for us. They repaired our vehicle first thing Monday morning, and I was able to get my vehicle that day. I can't say enough good things about the dealership and staff!

Found a gem at this dealership four and half hours away, and everyone there was helpful and kind. Keynen was fantastic to work with through texts, videos and even a FaceTime call that allowed me to look over the vehicle the best I could from almost 300 miles away. Wife and I decided to take a chance and drove to the dealership to see and test drive in person. Keynen did not misrepresent the vehicle and it was worth the trip; the dealer even took care of an unexpected mechanical issue at their expense before we drove it home. Cannot say enough good things about Keynen, Fred and the entire dealership. The worst part is they are so far away from us because we would definitely do business with them again! Highly recommend!

Had my Dodge Ram serviced for electrical issues which are always a nightmare. Stephanie coordinated communication and Service manager Keith was instrumental in making sure everything came out right. Will be back with any mechanical needs in the future.

Mario at the Lake Wales dealership was wonderful! He managed to find me exactly the Jeep Wrangler I wanted, and helped me through the entire deal. He was there for me post deal to make sure that I had everything I needed, and fully understood the features of my new Wrangler. I will certainly come back here when the time comes for a new car!

Derick Zehner was amazing for a newbie salesman. Keynen Zachman did awesome whenever Derek reached out for assistance. Both of these young men showed great respect to my mother who uses a walker. They were on point opening doors and holding doors and just everything you would like to see a young man do they were on point I could not be happier with the vehicle that I was sold, it is not what I went in to get, but it is the best one that I could’ve walked away with thank you again so much for such an awesome experience.
