We had an emergent situation with our vehicle on a road trip, and ended up at LPK Friday shortly before closing. The entire staff was fantastic... specifically Suzie and Kari. They were able to diagnose the problem, and get us a rental vehicle to continue on to see our son for his first Father's Day. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and the LPK staff helped diffuse the situation and problem solve for us. They repaired our vehicle first thing Monday morning, and I was able to get my vehicle that day. I can't say enough good things about the dealership and staff!

My husband and I recently purchased our second vehicle from Posner Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT, and once again, we had a great experience. Our salesman, Dee, was fantastic to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Found a gem at this dealership four and half hours away, and everyone there was helpful and kind. Keynen was fantastic to work with through texts, videos and even a FaceTime call that allowed me to look over the vehicle the best I could from almost 300 miles away. Wife and I decided to take a chance and drove to the dealership to see and test drive in person. Keynen did not misrepresent the vehicle and it was worth the trip; the dealer even took care of an unexpected mechanical issue at their expense before we drove it home. Cannot say enough good things about Keynen, Fred and the entire dealership. The worst part is they are so far away from us because we would definitely do business with them again! Highly recommend!

Derick Zehner was amazing for a newbie salesman. Keynen Zachman did awesome whenever Derek reached out for assistance. Both of these young men showed great respect to my mother who uses a walker. They were on point opening doors and holding doors and just everything you would like to see a young man do they were on point I could not be happier with the vehicle that I was sold, it is not what I went in to get, but it is the best one that I could’ve walked away with thank you again so much for such an awesome experience.

Go see Joe! If you need a vehicle I highly recommend going to this dealership because they will hear you out. They will treat you like actual family because Joe now is a part of our family and Bill was amazing. The whole experience of getting my very first car was such a pleasure to deal with Joe and Bill. I have literally been to so many dealerships in Davenport and Orlando and everywhere I went. I was looked down on left disappointed. I want to highlight a great experience I had at this dealership. It started off a little rocky when I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler and drove it home to Georgia and got it checked for some paint imperfections at the local Jeep dealership. I called these guys and they were more than willing to work with me on trading the vehicle for a different vehicle. Both the salesman (Steve) and the sales manager (Jacob) were very professional and took care of me. I just want to say they didn't have to, but they made it right, and for that I am thankful. They even had a driver deliver the vehicle to me in Georgia and take the old vehicle back. If You’re in the market for a new or used vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership..

I went into the dealership with eight thousand dollars in negative equity due to a bad vehicle purchase I had to make two years ago. The dealership worked diligently with me to make sure I got the best deal possible. I wanted a particular vehicle, but the dealership was able to get me a vehicle I liked close to what I was expecting to purchase. The salesman Claudio cared enough to get some additional information about my lifestyle and vehicle usage. Rather than just making a sale he suggested other options such as leasing, which turned out to be the right choice for me. I greatly appreciate everyone’s diligence in the process.

I don’t typically leave reviews unless I’m extremely dissatisfied, but this experience was very concerning at first. After an oil change appointment, my vehicle began shutting off and struggling to stay running at red lights and while idling. Since my vehicle had been perfectly fine beforehand, I immediately brought it back because I knew something was wrong even though no codes were appearing. Thankfully, after further investigation, it turns out the issue was not related to the dealership or the oil change at all, but instead contaminated gas from a recent fill-up. Even so, I truly appreciate how Alex handled the situation from the beginning. He took my concerns seriously, reassured me throughout the process, and made sure everything was taken care of until my vehicle was back to normal. I also want to acknowledge Vicki for escalating the situation to management instead of brushing it off. Both Alex and Vicki provided excellent customer service during a stressful situation and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you both again for your professionalism and help throughout the process.

Friendly staff and not a terrible wait time. Only complaint is I went in for an oil change and tire check and rotation because one of the tires seemed to have a slow leak. When I picked up my vehicle all tires were marked of as good on the paper. However, I checked the tire pressure before leaving the dealership and the same tire was reading 3 lbs less air than the other three tires. I decided to take it to Belle Tire the next day to have them look at the tire. Turns out that there was a nail in the tire that the dealership missed.

I've dealt with a lot of dealerships on my search for my new Ram, and I should of stopped the moment Angel reached out. He was 100% transparent about everything from the jump. Even when I changed my mind on which truck I wanted right before the appointment he still translated the previous deals over. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to shop here and ask for Angel. Now when it comes to the financing part Matt was extremely friendly and quick. He never tried to push extra options on us but was very helpful explaining each option and we actually settled on some additional services with out ever feeling pressured. Now where things got hectic is at 430 when we tried to wire the money deposit and the bank said sorry cant help you today. We were stressed on how we were going to get home and Bill and Angel came through and made sure we were going to get home in the new truck. I can not tell you how grateful I am for Angel, Matt, and Bill. Amazing team here and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you all again.

Alexis D was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I initially reached out via CARFAX where I saw a listing for a car I was extremely interested in. I’ve had a ton of other vehicles I was looking at and with this dealership being an hour and 45 minutes away, I wasn’t sure if it’d be worth the drive. Well, it absolutely was. I was speaking to Cynthia via message, who was super helpful. She clarified any concerns I had, reassured me with any questions, and truly made me comfortable enough to even make the drive the next day. I knew I had to see this car asap because Monroe was extremely competitive with their prices and was truly the best in the market I’ve seen. Once I got there, I was greater instantly and led over to Alexis. She did an amazing job from start to finish. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think I would have felt so confident and comfortable. I’ve bought a few cars in the past, all from older salesmen who really never talked to me as a person, but Alexis really did great at easing the nerves. I had such an easy breezy test drive, so much so that I decided to make it trade in right then, right there, that day. Alexis made sure to spend as much time as we needed that evening to ensure I drove him in that car. I couldn’t be more grateful for her patience and attention to detail. I also want to give another notable mention to Donna and Brian. Brian (or Bryan) were both super transparent. Brian made me realize how a true dealership should be. I have been going to a dealership closer to my home for the past few months for many services on my car, but never once was told about have 17 recalls on my car… he was just as shocked as I was that they never told me anything. I couldn’t believe that not only would a place not even mention it to me, but how easily and quickly it was for Monroe to tell me this. This is how a dealership should be. Donna was extremely helpful with the paperwork. There were a few items I needed to take home and thanks to her organization, it was so easy to complete everything the next morning and mail it all out. She couldn’t have made things easier. All in all, the entire team was amazing. Even the people who didn’t help us directly - they were all SO friendly and helpful. Granted, they’re trying to make a sale at the end of the day, but despite that, it never felt like that. I’m happy to give them my business and even happier to give them a sale if that’s the case. Worked with Matt Ball on purchasing a used Kia EV6 to replace my current one whose lease was ending. At the last moment Kia offered me a huge discount on buying mine out so I did not go through with buying here, BUT Matt was super helpful answering questions taking additional pictures and videos, etc. I especially appreciate that he didn't try to hide or gloss over any issues. He clearly pointed out some small paint defects. I've worked with other sales people that would have left that as a surprise for me after making the long drive out. Highly recommend this dealership.

Their team on the dealer side & fleet side walked me through every step of the way . Buckeye Super Store Jeep, in Shelby had a Jeep that my wife and I really liked on Facebook. I called the dealership and spoke with Derek Zehner, the salesman about this vehicle. I told him that we were coming up to look at it and we’re a hour away. He said he would have it ready for us to see and test drive. Upon arrival Derek had it ready for us. He explained the vehicle to us and we test drove it. The process was very smooth, no pressure or back and forth. After that we purchased the vehicle. I recently bought a 2015 Dodge Dart SE. It happened to have several recalls regarding its automatic transmission, I was aware of this when I bought the car. I was driving in Winter Haven a few weeks ago and the transmission would not go into park. I called for a tow, twenty minutes later I was on my way to Winter Haven Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram. This was on a Saturday, the service advisor was kind and she informed me that my car is safe in the lot Later that afternoon the service center called me and informed me that it was a bad bushing in the transmission and that I was lucky and they had the covered part in stock and it was ready to be picked up. I has some interval maintenance done and was surprised that there prices weren't to bad . I am happy with the service that was provided.
