Bought my new 2026 rebel truck with Gabby. Most of it was handled over the phone and computer because I travel for work. She made it all very convenient for me. when I came into town to pick up my truck I literally just signed my paperwork and left. She had everything ready and waiting. This is by far the best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle.

She kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything that was going on with my vehicle, and made sure I understood the repairs and the process. She helped us tremendously, and I truly appreciate all of her hard work and professionalism. She is, without a doubt, the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with at any dealership. Winter Haven Collision Center did an excellent job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My rear bumper received a few gouges and scuffs from a minor event. They filled and smoothed the bumper, and painted it. It looks like new. The finish is perfect!

Out of the 6 cars my family has owned 5 came from Monroe CDJR. Sales staff there are top notch, they don't prussure you into a sale or step on your neck about sales. Nick M heard my request for what I wanted and pointed me to a few trucks and I made my choice from there. Even on the day of the sale he helped from out of state while making a delivery!

VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. Within the hour, she texted back that the car was just about ready and my shuttle could come get me. Hernan arrived a short time later, brought my car around and checked me out. Car ran great for the two hour drive home. Highly recommend Posner Park Jeep, Chrysler, etc. service dept, for their customer service, quick turn around, and friendliness!

We were looking for a car after my daughter was hit by a guy that ran a red light. Totaled her car and injured her. After getting her well, an Auto friend of mine pointed me to Dodge of Winter haven. My daughter wanted another Toyota Corolla due to the protection it offered when hit and the perks of the car. We found it at Dodge in Winterhaven. We contacted Kyle Williams at the dealership. Kyle was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us with the paperwork, prepping and guiding us through the process. Financing was quick and we didn’t have to wait most of the day for it. Kyle made sure the car was filled up, cleaned and serviced before we headed back to Tallahassee, Florida. Thanks Kyle and the Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram and Fiat of Winter Haven. Wonderful people and dealership.

So back in April me and my daughter went in and purchased a car. Ling story short. The car started giving us problems within the 1st couple of weeks. Oh cool we have the warranty. Turns out the warranty did cover most of the the repairs but as a mother I wanted to make sure she got a safe and reliable vehicle. After a long couple weeks of going back and forth with the shop, dealership and finance company Clint and Luís we able to work work there magic and got her into a newer vehicle that fit my daughters need! I appreciate all the hard work you guys did even with our limited options!! I highly recommend asking for Luís his years of experience really shows when it comes to selling you a new car! I was in Monroe for a couple nights. I live in the Cincinnati area. On the way up i thought my jeep had a transmission fluid leak. I was also due for a oil change. I called about the transmission leak and they mentioned that they couldn't get it until next week. That didn't work but I said I'd still come up for oil change. When I arrived and spoke with someone about my transmission concerns. The service employee spoke with the transmission guy and he said he'd go ahead and take care of my transmission and oil change at the same time. It all took less than an hour and gave me such piece of mind. I was so thankful

We had an emergent situation with our vehicle on a road trip, and ended up at LPK Friday shortly before closing. The entire staff was fantastic... specifically Suzie and Kari. They were able to diagnose the problem, and get us a rental vehicle to continue on to see our son for his first Father's Day. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and the LPK staff helped diffuse the situation and problem solve for us. They repaired our vehicle first thing Monday morning, and I was able to get my vehicle that day. I can't say enough good things about the dealership and staff!

Found a gem at this dealership four and half hours away, and everyone there was helpful and kind. Keynen was fantastic to work with through texts, videos and even a FaceTime call that allowed me to look over the vehicle the best I could from almost 300 miles away. Wife and I decided to take a chance and drove to the dealership to see and test drive in person. Keynen did not misrepresent the vehicle and it was worth the trip; the dealer even took care of an unexpected mechanical issue at their expense before we drove it home. Cannot say enough good things about Keynen, Fred and the entire dealership. The worst part is they are so far away from us because we would definitely do business with them again! Highly recommend!

Derick Zehner was amazing for a newbie salesman. Keynen Zachman did awesome whenever Derek reached out for assistance. Both of these young men showed great respect to my mother who uses a walker. On my way home from Detroit to Indianapolis, I had an incident where my jeep wrangler front caliper locked up. Fortunately the team at LPK was able to get me in, recommend a local tow company and I was back up and running in about 3 hours start to finish at a reasonable price. They were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and I'm grateful they were able to work me in - just in time to avoid a huge thunderstorm. I'd highly recommend LPK for your service needs.

Devonte worked really hard for me and got me in a vehicle I actually wanted. Everyone on the whole team was great from beginning to end. Side note I walked in alone and never felt like I was being walked on or being taken for a ride. Went to the ford dealership and they had zero interest, zero drive and zero customer service.

I honestly didn't think they could do it... But they did!! I went in with very specific requirements on a very specific vehicle (used manufacturer's website as baseline, which was not accurate), and somehow they were able to get me where I wanted on a lease. Special shout-out to our salesman Jake, and his manager Jonathan... They were able to get me top dollar on my trade and use the equity to meet the down payment requirement on the lease. This review is for anyone who lives outside of Florida, as it's something I've never attempted before (I had to rely on ChatGPT and Gemini for guidance). I wanted a very specific car, and it turns out a nationwide search only showed 7 cars. Some where within 200 miles but the dealers were being obtuse (New York Metro Area), but there was one was in Florida. I contact Phillip and he started the ball rolling and then he handed it off to a gentleman named David. David took pics as I requested, sent them via text, and we negotiated a deal. He sent me warranty info, window sticker, the whole nine yards. I was able to sign some documents electronically, they setup the loan agreement, received a call from the bank to confirm my identify, etc.. The biggest hiccup was on my end dealing with wire transfers (PNC Bank). I received an email from Sirius XM that my 3 month subscription started. They handled the Florida DMV paperwork as well as the NJDMV. Some paper work needed a physical signature so they sent me a packet via over-night and I sent it back within 30 minutes of receiving it. Because I live in NJ, it wasn't worth it for me to fly down and pick up the car, so I arranged transport (as an aside don't fall for the cheap carriers). Was the process stressful ? Yes..and I knew that going in.. what is worth it ? Absolutely. I can't thank David enough for being ridiculously responsive. Every time I stressed about something, he responded "oh.. we take care of that". Seriously.. how cool is that ?!? Thanks gentlemen. And anyone reading this review, I just have to say I'd do it again.

We were on vacation this year & needed 2 new tires, the “key” for the locking lug nuts did not get put back in our truck after the last tire change at our dealership at home. So they were able to work us in to remove the locking lug nuts & put on regular lug nuts so we wont have that that problem again. So they had a special on tires , buy 3 get the 4th for $1, so I got 4 new tires & a fro t end alignment all done in 1 stop without a long wait. Their service department was wonderful ! I can’t say enough good about them for this situation.

Recently had a horrible experience with another dealer and took a trip with the wife to Buckeye Superstore. Both of us walked out with newer vehicles and the team at Buckeye Superstore were all easy to deal with. Jake provided excellent service. I came in with a tire issue on my 2025 Ram truck, and he clearly showed me the damage and explained my options. He walked me through the Sunbit process, making it easy to purchase four new tires. He also arranged a rental vehicle while my truck was being serviced.
