We were in a pinch and needed a new vehicle. We found a pre-owned Grand Caravan and purchased it with the warranty. Once that kicked in, we had over $6000 worth of work covered for only $100. The whole experience was easily explained to us by Abdel and they took care of any speed bumps that came along. It was a greater experience than our last time we bought a vehicle in 2015 from somewhere else.

Larry Gardner is first class in customer service. He makes the entire car buying experience less stressful by being a true partner in the process. He is very knowledgeable of the car market and evolving technology. He goes on test drives with his customers and explains everything. He walked me through the entire instrumentation system when most other salesman now don’t even ride along. (I find having to figure out all of a car’s functionality on my own very time consuming and burdensome.) Once I drove the vehicle home, Larry continued to help by answering any questions that popped up. He even performed additional research to ensure I had specific information needed to charge my hybrid plug-in (pre-owned Hyundai Tucson). For this I highly recommend Larry to you for your next car purchase.

Extremely happy with my visit at this dealer!!! Joe and Angel both did an amazing job getting me into something that not just that I wanted but also that I needed. They worked so hard on finding a deal that benefits my pockets and most importantly my families comfort. Both went above and beyond on answering any questions I had mostly when I was not present at the dealer. AMAZING JOB Joe and Angel!!! Can't forget of the good job their managers that worked with me and the bank to get a good deal and to Marcos that made the signing process so smooth and perfectly detailed. My Jeep 4xe was at the dealership for the better part of the first few months of 2026 (keep reading). First I had a little accident and needed a new fender, then my battery failed the recall (got a new one) and later needed some minor service assistance post recall. The multiple people I worked with from making the appointment, the vehicle loan program (they ALWAYS had one available for me per my request), nice guys like Joe, Ray and Trent were very transparent about everything. I just moved to this area and I'm so grateful I have a dealer close to home I feel that I can count on. This Service Department provides excellent customer service.

On my way home from Detroit to Indianapolis, I had an incident where my jeep wrangler front caliper locked up. Fortunately the team at LPK was able to get me in, recommend a local tow company and I was back up and running in about 3 hours start to finish at a reasonable price. They were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and I'm grateful they were able to work me in - just in time to avoid a huge thunderstorm. I'd highly recommend LPK for your service needs.

I live in South Dakota and found the vehicle I wanted at Posner Park Chrysler Jeep Dodge, in Florida. DeAndrae responded to my inquiry quickly, scheduled a time to personally show me the details of the vehicle through FaceTime, and answered all my questions. Just had purchased our 3500 Dodge Ram Limited and was towing our camper to Florida from New York which check engine light came on, we called and they got us right in. Truck was there 2 weeks waiting for part and everyone was fantastic there keeping us updated and giving us a vehicle to drive. We now have truck back so we can get home. Devonte worked really hard for me and got me in a vehicle I actually wanted. Everyone on the whole team was great from beginning to end. Side note I walked in alone and never felt like I was being walked on or being taken for a ride. Went to the ford dealership and they had zero interest, zero drive and zero customer service.

I honestly didn't think they could do it... But they did!! I went in with very specific requirements on a very specific vehicle (used manufacturer's website as baseline, which was not accurate), and somehow they were able to get me where I wanted on a lease. Special shout-out to our salesman Jake, and his manager Jonathan... They were able to get me top dollar on my trade and use the equity to meet the down payment requirement on the lease. Thanks guys, loving the new ride!!

This review is for anyone who lives outside of Florida, as it's something I've never attempted before (I had to rely on ChatGPT and Gemini for guidance). I wanted a very specific car, and it turns out a nationwide search only showed 7 cars. Some where within 200 miles but the dealers were being obtuse (New York Metro Area), but there was one was in Florida. I contact Phillip and he started the ball rolling and then he handed it off to a gentleman named David. David took pics as I requested, sent them via text, and we negotiated a deal. He sent me warranty info, window sticker, the whole nine yards. I was able to sign some documents electronically, they setup the loan agreement, received a call from the bank to confirm my identify, etc.. The biggest hiccup was on my end dealing with wire transfers (PNC Bank). I received an email from Sirius XM that my 3 month subscription started. They handled the Florida DMV paperwork as well as the NJDMV. Some paper work needed a physical signature so they sent me a packet via over-night and I sent it back within 30 minutes of receiving it. Because I live in NJ, it wasn't worth it for me to fly down and pick up the car, so I arranged transport (as an aside don't fall for the cheap carriers). Was the process stressful ? Yes..and I knew that going in.. what is worth it ? Absolutely. I can't thank David enough for being ridiculously responsive. Every time I stressed about something, he responded "oh.. we take care of that". Seriously.. how cool is that ?!? Thanks gentlemen. And anyone reading this review, I just have to say I'd do it again.

We were on vacation this year & needed 2 new tires, the “key” for the locking lug nuts did not get put back in our truck after the last tire change at our dealership at home. So they were able to work us in to remove the locking lug nuts & put on regular lug nuts so we wont have that that problem again. So they had a special on tires , buy 3 get the 4th for $1, so I got 4 new tires & a fro t end alignment all done in 1 stop without a long wait. Their service department was wonderful ! I can’t say enough good about them for this situation.

Recently had a horrible experience with another dealer and took a trip with the wife to Buckeye Superstore. Both of us walked out with newer vehicles and the team at Buckeye Superstore were all easy to deal with. Never felt pressured and Fred the finance manager was the best I’ve ever dealt with, literally explains everything and stayed late to answer all of our questions. 10/10 would recommend

Alexis D was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I initially reached out via CARFAX where I saw a listing for a car I was extremely interested in. I’ve had a ton of other vehicles I was looking at and with this dealership being an hour and 45 minutes away, I wasn’t sure if it’d be worth the drive. Well, it absolutely was. I was speaking to Cynthia via message, who was super helpful. She clarified any concerns I had, reassured me with any questions, and truly made me comfortable enough to even make the drive the next day. I knew I had to see this car asap because Monroe was extremely competitive with their prices and was truly the best in the market I’ve seen. Once I got there, I was greater instantly and led over to Alexis. She did an amazing job from start to finish. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think I would have felt so confident and comfortable. I’ve bought a few cars in the past, all from older salesmen who really never talked to me as a person, but Alexis really did great at easing the nerves. I had such an easy breezy test drive, so much so that I decided to make it trade in right then, right there, that day. Alexis made sure to spend as much time as we needed that evening to ensure I drove him in that car. I couldn’t be more grateful for her patience and attention to detail. I also want to give another notable mention to Donna and Brian. Brian (or Bryan) were both super transparent. Brian made me realize how a true dealership should be. I have been going to a dealership closer to my home for the past few months for many services on my car, but never once was told about have 17 recalls on my car… he was just as shocked as I was that they never told me anything. I couldn’t believe that not only would a place not even mention it to me, but how easily and quickly it was for Monroe to tell me this. This is how a dealership should be. Donna was extremely helpful with the paperwork. There were a few items I needed to take home and thanks to her organization, it was so easy to complete everything the next morning and mail it all out. She couldn’t have made things easier. All in all, the entire team was amazing. Even the people who didn’t help us directly - they were all SO friendly and helpful. Granted, they’re trying to make a sale at the end of the day, but despite that, it never felt like that. I’m happy to give them my business and even happier to give them a sale if that’s the case. Worked with Matt Ball on purchasing a used Kia EV6 to replace my current one whose lease was ending. At the last moment Kia offered me a huge discount on buying mine out so I did not go through with buying here, BUT Matt was super helpful answering questions taking additional pictures and videos, etc. I especially appreciate that he didn't try to hide or gloss over any issues. He clearly pointed out some small paint defects. I've worked with other sales people that would have left that as a surprise for me after making the long drive out. Highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent service ! My truck had to be in the shop for almost a month because lifters failed from factory. This was with in my warranty. Their team on the dealer side & fleet side walked me through every step of the way . Buckeye Super Store Jeep, in Shelby had a Jeep that my wife and I really liked on Facebook. I called the dealership and spoke with Derek Zehner, the salesman about this vehicle. I told him that we were coming up to look at it and we’re a hour away. He said he would have it ready for us to see and test drive. Upon arrival Derek had it ready for us. He explained the vehicle to us and we test drove it. The process was very smooth, no pressure or back and forth. After that we purchased the vehicle. I recently bought a 2015 Dodge Dart SE. It happened to have several recalls regarding its automatic transmission, I was aware of this when I bought the car. I was driving in Winter Haven a few weeks ago and the transmission would not go into park. I called for a tow, twenty minutes later I was on my way to Winter Haven Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram. This was on a Saturday, the service advisor was kind and she informed me that my car is safe in the lot Later that afternoon the service center called me and informed me that it was a bad bushing in the transmission and that I was lucky and they had the covered part in stock and it was ready to be picked up. I has some interval maintenance done and was surprised that there prices weren't to bad . I am happy with the service that was provided.
