Bought my new 2026 rebel truck with Gabby. Most of it was handled over the phone and computer because I travel for work. She made it all very convenient for me. when I came into town to pick up my truck I literally just signed my paperwork and left. She had everything ready and waiting. This is by far the best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle.

She kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything that was going on with my vehicle, and made sure I understood the repairs and the process. She helped us tremendously, and I truly appreciate all of her hard work and professionalism. She is, without a doubt, the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with at any dealership. It’s rare to receive this level of customer service, and she made the entire experience stress-free. Winter Haven Collision Center did an excellent job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My rear bumper received a few gouges and scuffs from a minor event. They filled and smoothed the bumper, and painted it. It looks like new. The finish is perfect!

Out of the 6 cars my family has owned 5 came from Monroe CDJR. Sales staff there are top notch, they don't prussure you into a sale or step on your neck about sales. Nick M heard my request for what I wanted and pointed me to a few trucks and I made my choice from there. Even on the day of the sale he helped from out of state while making a delivery!

VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. Within the hour, she texted back that the car was just about ready and my shuttle could come get me. Hernan arrived a short time later, brought my car around and checked me out. Car ran great for the two hour drive home. Highly recommend Posner Park Jeep, Chrysler, etc. service dept, for their customer service, quick turn around, and friendliness!

We were looking for a car after my daughter was hit by a guy that ran a red light. Totaled her car and injured her. After getting her well, an Auto friend of mine pointed me to Dodge of Winter haven. My daughter wanted another Toyota Corolla due to the protection it offered when hit and the perks of the car. We found it at Dodge in Winterhaven. We contacted Kyle Williams at the dealership. Kyle was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us with the paperwork, prepping and guiding us through the process. Financing was quick and we didn’t have to wait most of the day for it. Kyle made sure the car was filled up, cleaned and serviced before we headed back to Tallahassee, Florida. Thanks Kyle and the Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram and Fiat of Winter Haven. Wonderful people and dealership.

So back in April me and my daughter went in and purchased a car. Ling story short. The car started giving us problems within the 1st couple of weeks. Oh cool we have the warranty. Turns out the warranty did cover most of the the repairs but as a mother I wanted to make sure she got a safe and reliable vehicle. After a long couple weeks of going back and forth with the shop, dealership and finance company Clint and Luís we able to work work there magic and got her into a newer vehicle that fit my daughters need! I appreciate all the hard work you guys did even with our limited options!! I highly recommend asking for Luís his years of experience really shows when it comes to selling you a new car! I was in Monroe for a couple nights. I live in the Cincinnati area. On the way up i thought my jeep had a transmission fluid leak. I was also due for a oil change. I called about the transmission leak and they mentioned that they couldn't get it until next week. That didn't work but I said I'd still come up for oil change. When I arrived and spoke with someone about my transmission concerns. The service employee spoke with the transmission guy and he said he'd go ahead and take care of my transmission and oil change at the same time. It all took less than an hour and gave me such piece of mind. I was so thankful

We had an emergent situation with our vehicle on a road trip, and ended up at LPK Friday shortly before closing. The entire staff was fantastic... specifically Suzie and Kari. They were able to diagnose the problem, and get us a rental vehicle to continue on to see our son for his first Father's Day. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and the LPK staff helped diffuse the situation and problem solve for us. They repaired our vehicle first thing Monday morning, and I was able to get my vehicle that day. I can't say enough good things about the dealership and staff!

Found a gem at this dealership four and half hours away, and everyone there was helpful and kind. Keynen was fantastic to work with through texts, videos and even a FaceTime call that allowed me to look over the vehicle the best I could from almost 300 miles away. Wife and I decided to take a chance and drove to the dealership to see and test drive in person. Keynen did not misrepresent the vehicle and it was worth the trip; the dealer even took care of an unexpected mechanical issue at their expense before we drove it home. Cannot say enough good things about Keynen, Fred and the entire dealership. The worst part is they are so far away from us because we would definitely do business with them again! Highly recommend!

Derick Zehner was amazing for a newbie salesman. Keynen Zachman did awesome whenever Derek reached out for assistance. Both of these young men showed great respect to my mother who uses a walker. I have had service on my Jeep and was called the same day with an estimate and everything was explained to me. I have never been turned away, which happens often at the dealership near me. It’s a little farther to drive but worth it.

Had truck brought in for not starting properly. Long story short. Was not able to diagnose the problem. After explaining to Lizbeth (service advisor). They got the truck fixed. Here is where the 4 stars come in. Two days later. Truck had same issues again. Lucky I was able to start it and drive it in myself on a Friday morning, avoiding towing it in. And Posner had it for over the weekend due to Saturday is only express oil changes and closed on Sundays. This is where the 5 stars come in. Lizbeth!! She was very professional and stayed in contact throughout the whole process. Gave her number and said to text or call for any reasons. Whenever I texted and asked about truck. She replied back in a very timely manner. When got call that truck was fixed again and ready for pick up. I had to pay another $100 deductible (even though I paid the $100 from first pick up)since warranty said a different part was used to fix truck from the first visit. Spoke to warranty and they verified this. Spoke to Lizbeth and she said she would make the call to warranty and explain everything. And then got call and she took care of the extra $100 deductible, didn’t have to pay. If you are bringing your vehicle to Posner Park Chrysler Dodge Ram. I truly recommend asking for Lizbeth as your service advisor. Appears that she goes the extra mile to make sure you are treated like a vip customer.

Always have a great experience buying vehicles here. I just bought a brand new vehicle, and the process was smooth. This is the 4th vehicle(I believe) that I have gotten here and have never had an issue. I will say that the vehicle I got was being driven by someone and it had not been cleaned yet so we scheduled the cleaning, and my car was washed on the outside but I thought I was getting a full clean, inside and out, since it hadn’t been done. I may have been mistaken. Otherwise, everything was great and will always come back to get vehicles.

We showed up late on a Saturday evening to look at a Jeep that was on their website, unluckily for us the Jeep had a deal going already. Israel quickly looked for some other possibilities and brought another vehicle to our attention. It was the original jeeps twin with a few extras I liked. Sold, thanks to Israel and the team for staying late and getting the deal done.

I have been buying vehicles from Monroe Dodge/Jeep/Ram for 16 years, from our first car as newlyweds to minivans as our family grew. You can tell that they are a family business as they have always treated us like family. Very honest and not pushy. When it’s time for a new vehicle we still shop around Monroe, Wayne, Macomb, Oakland, Lenawee, and Washtenaw Counties for the best price and every time Monroe Dodge gets us the best price by a significant amount. On more than one occasion we were able to get the top-of-the-line vehicle model for the same price as some dealerships were trying to get us in to the base model. Great dealership! Update! I recently purchased a new Dodge Durango and the passenger side B pillar trim flew off on the expressway. I noticed several other Durango‘s with the exact same issue driving on the road, identifying it as a manufacture defect. Attempting to go through the warranty department for several months with no luck, Terry from the service department said he had enough with the warranty department because it was taking so long and they said they would cover the cost of the replacement ($400+) . True old school customer service, top notch. Thank you Terry, our family really appreciates it.
