I want to highlight a great experience I had at this dealership. It started off a little rocky when I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler and drove it home to Georgia and got it checked for some paint imperfections at the local Jeep dealership. I called these guys and they were more than willing to work with me on trading the vehicle for a different vehicle. Both the salesman (Steve) and the sales manager (Jacob) were very professional and took care of me. I just want to say they didn't have to, but they made it right, and for that I am thankful. They even had a driver deliver the vehicle to me in Georgia and take the old vehicle back. If You’re in the market for a new or used vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership..

The check-in person was fast and courteous. Especially, if you make the appointment online to expedite your check in. The service was done in a reasonable amount of time and the cost was typical for the work I had completed. I went into the dealership with eight thousand dollars in negative equity due to a bad vehicle purchase I had to make two years ago. The dealership worked diligently with me to make sure I got the best deal possible. I wanted a particular vehicle, but the dealership was able to get me a vehicle I liked close to what I was expecting to purchase. The salesman Claudio cared enough to get some additional information about my lifestyle and vehicle usage. Rather than just making a sale he suggested other options such as leasing, which turned out to be the right choice for me. I greatly appreciate everyone’s diligence in the process.

We went to Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Winter Haven looking to purchase a new truck for my dad and were greeted by Jeremy, who was very helpful and professional throughout our visit. I don’t typically leave reviews unless I’m extremely dissatisfied, but this experience was very concerning at first. After an oil change appointment, my vehicle began shutting off and struggling to stay running at red lights and while idling. Since my vehicle had been perfectly fine beforehand, I immediately brought it back because I knew something was wrong even though no codes were appearing. Thankfully, after further investigation, it turns out the issue was not related to the dealership or the oil change at all, but instead contaminated gas from a recent fill-up. Even so, I truly appreciate how Alex handled the situation from the beginning. He took my concerns seriously, reassured me throughout the process, and made sure everything was taken care of until my vehicle was back to normal. I also want to acknowledge Vicki for escalating the situation to management instead of brushing it off. Both Alex and Vicki provided excellent customer service during a stressful situation and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you both again for your professionalism and help throughout the process.

Friendly staff and not a terrible wait time. Only complaint is I went in for an oil change and tire check and rotation because one of the tires seemed to have a slow leak. When I picked up my vehicle all tires were marked of as good on the paper. However, I checked the tire pressure before leaving the dealership and the same tire was reading 3 lbs less air than the other three tires. I decided to take it to Belle Tire the next day to have them look at the tire. Turns out that there was a nail in the tire that the dealership missed.

Chad and Brian did a great job in helping us build what we wanted. We have been going here for over 20yrs for our families car needs.

I've dealt with a lot of dealerships on my search for my new Ram, and I should of stopped the moment Angel reached out. He was 100% transparent about everything from the jump. Even when I changed my mind on which truck I wanted right before the appointment he still translated the previous deals over. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to shop here and ask for Angel. Now when it comes to the financing part Matt was extremely friendly and quick. He never tried to push extra options on us but was very helpful explaining each option and we actually settled on some additional services with out ever feeling pressured. Now where things got hectic is at 430 when we tried to wire the money deposit and the bank said sorry cant help you today. We were stressed on how we were going to get home and Bill and Angel came through and made sure we were going to get home in the new truck. I can not tell you how grateful I am for Angel, Matt, and Bill. Amazing team here and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you all again.

Every time I visit LPK it’s like going to see a friend. Never pressure me to have “extra” maintenance done-suggest it; give me options but no pressure. I really appreciate that! We were in a pinch and needed a new vehicle. We found a pre-owned Grand Caravan and purchased it with the warranty. Once that kicked in, we had over $6000 worth of work covered for only $100. The whole experience was easily explained to us by Abdel and they took care of any speed bumps that came along. It was a greater experience than our last time we bought a vehicle in 2015 from somewhere else.

Larry Gardner is first class in customer service. He makes the entire car buying experience less stressful by being a true partner in the process. He is very knowledgeable of the car market and evolving technology. He goes on test drives with his customers and explains everything. He walked me through the entire instrumentation system when most other salesman now don’t even ride along. (I find having to figure out all of a car’s functionality on my own very time consuming and burdensome.) Once I drove the vehicle home, Larry continued to help by answering any questions that popped up. He even performed additional research to ensure I had specific information needed to charge my hybrid plug-in (pre-owned Hyundai Tucson). For this I highly recommend Larry to you for your next car purchase.

My Jeep 4xe was at the dealership for the better part of the first few months of 2026 (keep reading). First I had a little accident and needed a new fender, then my battery failed the recall (got a new one) and later needed some minor service assistance post recall. The multiple people I worked with from making the appointment, the vehicle loan program (they ALWAYS had one available for me per my request), nice guys like Joe, Ray and Trent were very transparent about everything. I just moved to this area and I'm so grateful I have a dealer close to home I feel that I can count on. This Service Department provides excellent customer service.
