Yesterday I walked in regarding my Hyundai Sonata water pump. Justin and Jake were able to help me without hesitation. treated me like a king even though I am old and can't hear well. Jake provided excellent service. I came in with a tire issue on my 2025 Ram truck, and he clearly showed me the damage and explained my options. He walked me through the Sunbit process, making it easy to purchase four new tires. He also arranged a rental vehicle while my truck was being serviced. I truly appreciate his professionalism and helpfulness. I’ll definitely continue doing business with Posner and Stephanie. It’s great to know Jake is there overseeing everything and stepping in when needed.

Had truck brought in for not starting properly. Long story short. Was not able to diagnose the problem. After explaining to Lizbeth (service advisor). They got the truck fixed. Here is where the 4 stars come in. Two days later. Truck had same issues again. Lucky I was able to start it and drive it in myself on a Friday morning, avoiding towing it in. And Posner had it for over the weekend due to Saturday is only express oil changes and closed on Sundays. This is where the 5 stars come in. Lizbeth!! She was very professional and stayed in contact throughout the whole process. Gave her number and said to text or call for any reasons. Whenever I texted and asked about truck. She replied back in a very timely manner. When got call that truck was fixed again and ready for pick up. I had to pay another $100 deductible (even though I paid the $100 from first pick up)since warranty said a different part was used to fix truck from the first visit. Spoke to warranty and they verified this. Spoke to Lizbeth and she said she would make the call to warranty and explain everything. And then got call and she took care of the extra $100 deductible, didn’t have to pay. If you are bringing your vehicle to Posner Park Chrysler Dodge Ram. I truly recommend asking for Lizbeth as your service advisor. Appears that she goes the extra mile to make sure you are treated like a vip customer.

Always have a great experience buying vehicles here. I just bought a brand new vehicle, and the process was smooth. This is the 4th vehicle(I believe) that I have gotten here and have never had an issue. I will say that the vehicle I got was being driven by someone and it had not been cleaned yet so we scheduled the cleaning, and my car was washed on the outside but I thought I was getting a full clean, inside and out, since it hadn’t been done. I may have been mistaken. Otherwise, everything was great and will always come back to get vehicles.

We showed up late on a Saturday evening to look at a Jeep that was on their website, unluckily for us the Jeep had a deal going already. Israel quickly looked for some other possibilities and brought another vehicle to our attention. It was the original jeeps twin with a few extras I liked. Alexis D was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I initially reached out via CARFAX where I saw a listing for a car I was extremely interested in. I’ve had a ton of other vehicles I was looking at and with this dealership being an hour and 45 minutes away, I wasn’t sure if it’d be worth the drive. Well, it absolutely was. I was speaking to Cynthia via message, who was super helpful. She clarified any concerns I had, reassured me with any questions, and truly made me comfortable enough to even make the drive the next day. I knew I had to see this car asap because Monroe was extremely competitive with their prices and was truly the best in the market I’ve seen. Once I got there, I was greater instantly and led over to Alexis. She did an amazing job from start to finish. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think I would have felt so confident and comfortable. I’ve bought a few cars in the past, all from older salesmen who really never talked to me as a person, but Alexis really did great at easing the nerves. I had such an easy breezy test drive, so much so that I decided to make it trade in right then, right there, that day. Alexis made sure to spend as much time as we needed that evening to ensure I drove him in that car. I couldn’t be more grateful for her patience and attention to detail. I also want to give another notable mention to Donna and Brian. Brian (or Bryan) were both super transparent. Brian made me realize how a true dealership should be. I have been going to a dealership closer to my home for the past few months for many services on my car, but never once was told about have 17 recalls on my car… he was just as shocked as I was that they never told me anything. I couldn’t believe that not only would a place not even mention it to me, but how easily and quickly it was for Monroe to tell me this. This is how a dealership should be. Donna was extremely helpful with the paperwork. There were a few items I needed to take home and thanks to her organization, it was so easy to complete everything the next morning and mail it all out. She couldn’t have made things easier. All in all, the entire team was amazing. Even the people who didn’t help us directly - they were all SO friendly and helpful. Granted, they’re trying to make a sale at the end of the day, but despite that, it never felt like that. I’m happy to give them my business and even happier to give them a sale if that’s the case. I just bought my second car in 3 years from Posner Park CDJRF and it honestly was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From start to finish everyone was professional and polite...my salesman was Cesar De LA Cruz and I can't say enuff about him, he is truely a man of his word! The Business Mgr. Marcos Vargas did my financing and made it quick and painless and had me in an out in no time answering every question that I had...hats off to the entire team at Posner Park CJDR...I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends,or to anyone reading this...I bought a 2023 Chrysler 300 and got an amazing deal on it being one of the only 23's left on the lot...and I'm very happy with the car and the whole experience!

Worked with Matt Ball on purchasing a used Kia EV6 to replace my current one whose lease was ending. At the last moment Kia offered me a huge discount on buying mine out so I did not go through with buying here, BUT Matt was super helpful answering questions taking additional pictures and videos, etc. I especially appreciate that he didn't try to hide or gloss over any issues. He clearly pointed out some small paint defects. I've worked with other sales people that would have left that as a surprise for me after making the long drive out. Highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent service ! My truck had to be in the shop for almost a month because lifters failed from factory. This was with in my warranty. Their team on the dealer side & fleet side walked me through every step of the way . Keeping me updated and providing pictures etc. they took all proper steps and even provided me a rental car to have for the time being in the shop. Will always continue to do business with them

Buckeye Super Store Jeep, in Shelby had a Jeep that my wife and I really liked on Facebook. I called the dealership and spoke with Derek Zehner, the salesman about this vehicle. I told him that we were coming up to look at it and we’re a hour away. He said he would have it ready for us to see and test drive. Upon arrival Derek had it ready for us. He explained the vehicle to us and we test drove it. The process was very smooth, no pressure or back and forth. After that we purchased the vehicle. Derek was very professional, attentive to all our questions. Thank you Derek and staff.

I recently bought a 2015 Dodge Dart SE. It happened to have several recalls regarding its automatic transmission, I was aware of this when I bought the car. I was driving in Winter Haven a few weeks ago and the transmission would not go into park. I called for a tow, twenty minutes later I was on my way to Winter Haven Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram. This was on a Saturday, the service advisor was kind and she informed me that my car is safe in the lot Later that afternoon the service center called me and informed me that it was a bad bushing in the transmission and that I was lucky and they had the covered part in stock and it was ready to be picked up. I has some interval maintenance done and was surprised that there prices weren't to bad . I am happy with the service that was provided.
