After a bad experience at a different dealership, we decided to give Lake Wales CDJR a try and it was the best decision we’ve made. They made our car purchase ten times better. Everyone was very welcoming and professional and the options were endless. I would definitely recommend asking for Eddie Romero, who was patient with us, made it a stress free experience and explained everything that we needed to know. And Michael Martinez, who made the transaction process so much simpler and easier for us. Overall, I’m very pleased with this dealership and can honestly say the reviews speak for themselves. I needed service on my 2016 Ram 1500, and after trying to get a Ram mechanic to fix the truck, I was 3 months and multiple repairs, parts and money thrown away. Tired of my truck sitting, had it towed to Posner Park, told Jay what was wrong, and work began. A few days later a text comes with a link detailing what is wrong and the cost. Three days later, I threw my own battery in the truck, paid for the work that was done and drove the truck off the lot. Posner Park will from now on be my first stop for a new car and service since two of my last three cars came from Posner Park. Thanks again to the Posner Team.

Absolutely great experience with these guys. We stopped in just to shop around to see what they had. Allen was Absolutely professional and got me pretty much everything we'd asked for . Tho they got me around 35 bucks higher than what I wanted. But thats only because I get the best extended warranty they offered. And they changed the oil and put new tires on it free of charge. Can't ask much more than that. After my truck is paid off . Ill be going back for a new ride of my own . The wife is very happy with her new car. Thank you guys so much . 5 stars all day !!!

Everyone in the service department treated me with respect immediately they checked my Dodge Ram 1500 over very well and at a decent time. They discussed issues and other maintenance work that needed to be taken care of step by step . Very polite and understanding of my own issues with payment what I mean is they took time to work with me on scheduling the repairs. We have a 2023 Dodge Durango that had a headlight that was causing all kinds of trouble with the electrical system in the car. We brought it to one dealership that truly screwed the car even more. After several tries to fix the car we got discouraged and brought the car to Winter Haven Dodge. After 5 minutes talking with the service manager, we found out what exactly what was causing these problems, more so than what we had experienced at the previous dealership. Winter Haven dodge was upfront with us on every step. Our experience with them was A+ and would not hesitate to bring the car back for service. Thank you to the service manager and the service advisor for their complete assistance.

Angel Jimenez got us into our 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L when trading in our older vehicle. He understood our need for a safe and reliable vehicle for my wife and I. We thought we’d only get into a preowned vehicle due to our tight budget, but we left that night with a 2025 Jeep with only 11 miles that also matched our budget. That was our greatest testimony last year! Sidenote: Before leaving the facility, my wife and I were sitting waiting with another gentlman, but we happen to overhear a phone conversation Angel was having with a beloved one. He was expressing how he sold us this car, and you could hear the joy not only in his voice but in her response and his child. It was a definitely a surreal moment and very touching. It blessed us witnessing that just as much as riding off in our new Jeep. Thank again Angel! Your name does you justice!

The service advisors were very friendly, however, none of the techs were able to fix the issue on my vehicle. I reached out to the service manager and I heard crickets. Not what I expected from this place. Update Mon Jan 19th, The service manager did contact me and the delay in responding to my email was due to the trusty spam folder. Mr. Slaught apologized for the delay and promptly provided a solution to my issue. This is the service I expected from Posner Jeep. Thank you for reaching and solving my issue

Brought my Daughters car in to get her brakes checked spoke to Stephanie. It’s very kind. Great customer service. Called me back within 15 minutes and told me that my brakes were perfectly fine and not to worry. The car was safe to drive and there was no charge. Angel was a great salesman, he listened to what we were looking for and tried his best to find something as closest possible to my needs. He also tried his best to keep it in my price range. The experience was great although the car I picked had a bit of a problem. Was very infested of roaches. But angel and the manager and the detail crew made sure to fix the problem before me driving my car off. They did a great job I have had my car for a couple of months now haven’t seen a roach and got it for a steel would recommend

Bought my new 2026 rebel truck with Gabby. Most of it was handled over the phone and computer because I travel for work. She made it all very convenient for me. when I came into town to pick up my truck I literally just signed my paperwork and left. She had everything ready and waiting. Winter Haven Collision Center did an excellent job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My rear bumper received a few gouges and scuffs from a minor event. They filled and smoothed the bumper, and painted it. It looks like new. The finish is perfect!

VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. Within the hour, she texted back that the car was just about ready and my shuttle could come get me. Hernan arrived a short time later, brought my car around and checked me out. Car ran great for the two hour drive home. Highly recommend Posner Park Jeep, Chrysler, etc. service dept, for their customer service, quick turn around, and friendliness!

We were looking for a car after my daughter was hit by a guy that ran a red light. Totaled her car and injured her. After getting her well, an Auto friend of mine pointed me to Dodge of Winter haven. My daughter wanted another Toyota Corolla due to the protection it offered when hit and the perks of the car. We found it at Dodge in Winterhaven. We contacted Kyle Williams at the dealership. Kyle was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us with the paperwork, prepping and guiding us through the process. Financing was quick and we didn’t have to wait most of the day for it. Kyle made sure the car was filled up, cleaned and serviced before we headed back to Tallahassee, Florida. So back in April me and my daughter went in and purchased a car. Ling story short. The car started giving us problems within the 1st couple of weeks. Oh cool we have the warranty. Turns out the warranty did cover most of the the repairs but as a mother I wanted to make sure she got a safe and reliable vehicle. After a long couple weeks of going back and forth with the shop, dealership and finance company Clint and Luís we able to work work there magic and got her into a newer vehicle that fit my daughters need! I appreciate all the hard work you guys did even with our limited options!! I highly recommend asking for Luís his years of experience really shows when it comes to selling you a new car! I was in Monroe for a couple nights. I live in the Cincinnati area. On the way up i thought my jeep had a transmission fluid leak. I was also due for a oil change. I called about the transmission leak and they mentioned that they couldn't get it until next week. That didn't work but I said I'd still come up for oil change. When I arrived and spoke with someone about my transmission concerns. The service employee spoke with the transmission guy and he said he'd go ahead and take care of my transmission and oil change at the same time. It all took less than an hour and gave me such piece of mind. I was so thankful

We had an emergent situation with our vehicle on a road trip, and ended up at LPK Friday shortly before closing. The entire staff was fantastic... specifically Suzie and Kari. They were able to diagnose the problem, and get us a rental vehicle to continue on to see our son for his first Father's Day. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and the LPK staff helped diffuse the situation and problem solve for us. They repaired our vehicle first thing Monday morning, and I was able to get my vehicle that day. I can't say enough good things about the dealership and staff!

Found a gem at this dealership four and half hours away, and everyone there was helpful and kind. Keynen was fantastic to work with through texts, videos and even a FaceTime call that allowed me to look over the vehicle the best I could from almost 300 miles away. Wife and I decided to take a chance and drove to the dealership to see and test drive in person. Keynen did not misrepresent the vehicle and it was worth the trip; the dealer even took care of an unexpected mechanical issue at their expense before we drove it home. Cannot say enough good things about Keynen, Fred and the entire dealership. The worst part is they are so far away from us because we would definitely do business with them again! Highly recommend!

Derick Zehner was amazing for a newbie salesman. Keynen Zachman did awesome whenever Derek reached out for assistance. Both of these young men showed great respect to my mother who uses a walker.
