Out of all the dealerships I visited over the past two months, Lake Wales CDJ was by far the most helpful and efficient. I worked with Eddie and Michael, and they helped me get into this beast with a great deal I couldn’t pass up. Their dedication and professionalism didn’t feel motivated by money—they genuinely cared about helping me. Of course it’s a business, but they made the entire experience stress-free and honest. I highly recommend doing business with this dealership and will definitely be back in the future.

I have been buying vehicles from Monroe Dodge/Jeep/Ram for 16 years, from our first car as newlyweds to minivans as our family grew. You can tell that they are a family business as they have always treated us like family. Very honest and not pushy. When it’s time for a new vehicle we still shop around Monroe, Wayne, Macomb, Oakland, Lenawee, and Washtenaw Counties for the best price and every time Monroe Dodge gets us the best price by a significant amount. On more than one occasion we were able to get the top-of-the-line vehicle model for the same price as some dealerships were trying to get us in to the base model. Great dealership! Update! I recently purchased a new Dodge Durango and the passenger side B pillar trim flew off on the expressway. I noticed several other Durango‘s with the exact same issue driving on the road, identifying it as a manufacture defect. Attempting to go through the warranty department for several months with no luck, Terry from the service department said he had enough with the warranty department because it was taking so long and they said they would cover the cost of the replacement ($400+) . True old school customer service, top notch. Thank you Terry, our family really appreciates it.

After a bad experience at a different dealership, we decided to give Lake Wales CDJR a try and it was the best decision we’ve made. They made our car purchase ten times better. Everyone was very welcoming and professional and the options were endless. I would definitely recommend asking for Eddie Romero, who was patient with us, made it a stress free experience and explained everything that we needed to know. I needed service on my 2016 Ram 1500, and after trying to get a Ram mechanic to fix the truck, I was 3 months and multiple repairs, parts and money thrown away. Tired of my truck sitting, had it towed to Posner Park, told Jay what was wrong, and work began. A few days later a text comes with a link detailing what is wrong and the cost. Three days later, I threw my own battery in the truck, paid for the work that was done and drove the truck off the lot. Posner Park will from now on be my first stop for a new car and service since two of my last three cars came from Posner Park. Thanks again to the Posner Team.

Absolutely great experience with these guys. We stopped in just to shop around to see what they had. Allen was Absolutely professional and got me pretty much everything we'd asked for . Tho they got me around 35 bucks higher than what I wanted. But thats only because I get the best extended warranty they offered. And they changed the oil and put new tires on it free of charge. Can't ask much more than that. After my truck is paid off . Ill be going back for a new ride of my own . The wife is very happy with her new car. Thank you guys so much . 5 stars all day !!!

Everyone in the service department treated me with respect immediately they checked my Dodge Ram 1500 over very well and at a decent time. They discussed issues and other maintenance work that needed to be taken care of step by step . Very polite and understanding of my own issues with payment what I mean is they took time to work with me on scheduling the repairs. We have a 2023 Dodge Durango that had a headlight that was causing all kinds of trouble with the electrical system in the car. We brought it to one dealership that truly screwed the car even more. After several tries to fix the car we got discouraged and brought the car to Winter Haven Dodge. After 5 minutes talking with the service manager, we found out what exactly what was causing these problems, more so than what we had experienced at the previous dealership. Winter Haven dodge was upfront with us on every step. Our experience with them was A+ and would not hesitate to bring the car back for service. Thank you to the service manager and the service advisor for their complete assistance.

Angel Jimenez got us into our 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L when trading in our older vehicle. He understood our need for a safe and reliable vehicle for my wife and I. We thought we’d only get into a preowned vehicle due to our tight budget, but we left that night with a 2025 Jeep with only 11 miles that also matched our budget. That was our greatest testimony last year! Sidenote: Before leaving the facility, my wife and I were sitting waiting with another gentlman, but we happen to overhear a phone conversation Angel was having with a beloved one. He was expressing how he sold us this car, and you could hear the joy not only in his voice but in her response and his child. It was a definitely a surreal moment and very touching. The service advisors were very friendly, however, none of the techs were able to fix the issue on my vehicle. I reached out to the service manager and I heard crickets. Not what I expected from this place. Update Mon Jan 19th, The service manager did contact me and the delay in responding to my email was due to the trusty spam folder. Alexis D was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I initially reached out via CARFAX where I saw a listing for a car I was extremely interested in. I’ve had a ton of other vehicles I was looking at and with this dealership being an hour and 45 minutes away, I wasn’t sure if it’d be worth the drive. Well, it absolutely was. I was speaking to Cynthia via message, who was super helpful. She clarified any concerns I had, reassured me with any questions, and truly made me comfortable enough to even make the drive the next day. I knew I had to see this car asap because Monroe was extremely competitive with their prices and was truly the best in the market I’ve seen. Once I got there, I was greater instantly and led over to Alexis. She did an amazing job from start to finish. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think I would have felt so confident and comfortable. I’ve bought a few cars in the past, all from older salesmen who really never talked to me as a person, but Alexis really did great at easing the nerves. I had such an easy breezy test drive, so much so that I decided to make it trade in right then, right there, that day. Alexis made sure to spend as much time as we needed that evening to ensure I drove him in that car. I couldn’t be more grateful for her patience and attention to detail. I also want to give another notable mention to Donna and Brian. Brian (or Bryan) were both super transparent. Brian made me realize how a true dealership should be. I have been going to a dealership closer to my home for the past few months for many services on my car, but never once was told about have 17 recalls on my car… he was just as shocked as I was that they never told me anything. I couldn’t believe that not only would a place not even mention it to me, but how easily and quickly it was for Monroe to tell me this. This is how a dealership should be. Donna was extremely helpful with the paperwork. There were a few items I needed to take home and thanks to her organization, it was so easy to complete everything the next morning and mail it all out. She couldn’t have made things easier. All in all, the entire team was amazing. Even the people who didn’t help us directly - they were all SO friendly and helpful. Granted, they’re trying to make a sale at the end of the day, but despite that, it never felt like that. I’m happy to give them my business and even happier to give them a sale if that’s the case. Worked with Matt Ball on purchasing a used Kia EV6 to replace my current one whose lease was ending. At the last moment Kia offered me a huge discount on buying mine out so I did not go through with buying here, BUT Matt was super helpful answering questions taking additional pictures and videos, etc. I especially appreciate that he didn't try to hide or gloss over any issues. He clearly pointed out some small paint defects. I've worked with other sales people that would have left that as a surprise for me after making the long drive out. Highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent service ! My truck had to be in the shop for almost a month because lifters failed from factory. This was with in my warranty. Their team on the dealer side & fleet side walked me through every step of the way . Keeping me updated and providing pictures etc. they took all proper steps and even provided me a rental car to have for the time being in the shop. Will always continue to do business with them

Buckeye Super Store Jeep, in Shelby had a Jeep that my wife and I really liked on Facebook. I called the dealership and spoke with Derek Zehner, the salesman about this vehicle. I told him that we were coming up to look at it and we’re a hour away. He said he would have it ready for us to see and test drive. Upon arrival Derek had it ready for us. He explained the vehicle to us and we test drove it. The process was very smooth, no pressure or back and forth. After that we purchased the vehicle. Derek was very professional, attentive to all our questions. Thank you Derek and staff.

I recently bought a 2015 Dodge Dart SE. It happened to have several recalls regarding its automatic transmission, I was aware of this when I bought the car. I was driving in Winter Haven a few weeks ago and the transmission would not go into park. I called for a tow, twenty minutes later I was on my way to Winter Haven Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram. This was on a Saturday, the service advisor was kind and she informed me that my car is safe in the lot Later that afternoon the service center called me and informed me that it was a bad bushing in the transmission and that I was lucky and they had the covered part in stock and it was ready to be picked up. I has some interval maintenance done and was surprised that there prices weren't to bad . I am happy with the service that was provided.
