Bought my new 2026 rebel truck with Gabby. Most of it was handled over the phone and computer because I travel for work. She made it all very convenient for me. when I came into town to pick up my truck I literally just signed my paperwork and left. She had everything ready and waiting. This is by far the best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle.

She kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything that was going on with my vehicle, and made sure I understood the repairs and the process. She helped us tremendously, and I truly appreciate all of her hard work and professionalism. She is, without a doubt, the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with at any dealership. It’s rare to receive this level of customer service, and she made the entire experience stress-free. On top of that, the service on my vehicle was completed much faster than I expected, which was a huge plus. Winter Haven Collision Center did an excellent job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My rear bumper received a few gouges and scuffs from a minor event. They filled and smoothed the bumper, and painted it. It looks like new. The finish is perfect!

Out of the 6 cars my family has owned 5 came from Monroe CDJR. Sales staff there are top notch, they don't prussure you into a sale or step on your neck about sales. Nick M heard my request for what I wanted and pointed me to a few trucks and I made my choice from there. Even on the day of the sale he helped from out of state while making a delivery!

VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. Within the hour, she texted back that the car was just about ready and my shuttle could come get me. Hernan arrived a short time later, brought my car around and checked me out. Car ran great for the two hour drive home. Highly recommend Posner Park Jeep, Chrysler, etc. service dept, for their customer service, quick turn around, and friendliness!

We were looking for a car after my daughter was hit by a guy that ran a red light. Totaled her car and injured her. After getting her well, an Auto friend of mine pointed me to Dodge of Winter haven. My daughter wanted another Toyota Corolla due to the protection it offered when hit and the perks of the car. We found it at Dodge in Winterhaven. We contacted Kyle Williams at the dealership. Kyle was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us with the paperwork, prepping and guiding us through the process. Financing was quick and we didn’t have to wait most of the day for it. Kyle made sure the car was filled up, cleaned and serviced before we headed back to Tallahassee, Florida. Thanks Kyle and the Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram and Fiat of Winter Haven. Wonderful people and dealership.

So back in April me and my daughter went in and purchased a car. Ling story short. The car started giving us problems within the 1st couple of weeks. Oh cool we have the warranty. Turns out the warranty did cover most of the the repairs but as a mother I wanted to make sure she got a safe and reliable vehicle. After a long couple weeks of going back and forth with the shop, dealership and finance company Clint and Luís we able to work work there magic and got her into a newer vehicle that fit my daughters need! I appreciate all the hard work you guys did even with our limited options!! I highly recommend asking for Luís his years of experience really shows when it comes to selling you a new car! I was in Monroe for a couple nights. I live in the Cincinnati area. On the way up i thought my jeep had a transmission fluid leak. I was also due for a oil change. I called about the transmission leak and they mentioned that they couldn't get it until next week. That didn't work but I said I'd still come up for oil change. When I arrived and spoke with someone about my transmission concerns. The service employee spoke with the transmission guy and he said he'd go ahead and take care of my transmission and oil change at the same time. It all took less than an hour and gave me such piece of mind. I was so thankful

We had an emergent situation with our vehicle on a road trip, and ended up at LPK Friday shortly before closing. The entire staff was fantastic... specifically Suzie and Kari. They were able to diagnose the problem, and get us a rental vehicle to continue on to see our son for his first Father's Day. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and the LPK staff helped diffuse the situation and problem solve for us. They repaired our vehicle first thing Monday morning, and I was able to get my vehicle that day. I can't say enough good things about the dealership and staff!

Found a gem at this dealership four and half hours away, and everyone there was helpful and kind. Keynen was fantastic to work with through texts, videos and even a FaceTime call that allowed me to look over the vehicle the best I could from almost 300 miles away. Wife and I decided to take a chance and drove to the dealership to see and test drive in person. Keynen did not misrepresent the vehicle and it was worth the trip; the dealer even took care of an unexpected mechanical issue at their expense before we drove it home. Cannot say enough good things about Keynen, Fred and the entire dealership. The worst part is they are so far away from us because we would definitely do business with them again! Highly recommend!

Derick Zehner was amazing for a newbie salesman. Keynen Zachman did awesome whenever Derek reached out for assistance. Both of these young men showed great respect to my mother who uses a walker. I've moved around frequently for work and I'm very picky about who works on my Jeep. I rely on qualified Jeep service departments to help with my modifications, service, and repairs. My experience with Posner Park was very positive. My Jeep needed to be towed so their service representative (Stephanie) recommended a company (Bolton Towing) who was quick to respond and Eric handled my Jeep with care. My Jeep problem was fixed the same day. They answered all of my questions. A few days later I called back about a different minor issue. The service rep took time to answer my questions. When I showed up without an appointment a few days later, they took care of that minor issue immediately. At every point of contact, from the initial phone call, to the porter handing me the keys, the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful! I'll be returning soon for some upcoming mods I need done.

We had a huge issue with the original dealership we went to. The car was bought 6 months ago, first winter, heat went out. Kelsey there in monroe got us right in, got us a rental car (we work full time and 2 kids in sports) stayed in contact every step of the way updating us. We had our car back within days, 100% never going anywhere else again,especially feldman in Woodhaven. We appreciate them so much in monroe, everyone had smiles, asked multiple times if we were helped while waiting. I can't believe what a difference this place was compared to where we started off. Can't thank them enough! The funny thing is, they think they're just doing their job, but they helped us SO MUCH.

I want to start by saying I did not purchase my vehicle here but I wish I had! I purchased a vehicle from a small lot in Toledo...it broke down after 34days!! Total engine failure...what brought me to Monroe Dodge Superstore was they honored the aftermarket warranty I purchased with my vehicle! And thank goodness I chose them!! Though the process was not easy short or seamless they handled every issue with grace and kindness! They not only rebuilt my engine and got me back on the road they did it at a fraction of what I originally anticipated it costing and got the warranty to actually pay their fair share and handled it all on their end. I can't thank them enough, I didn't even make the purchase there and they took care of me far better than the lot I got it from. I can't say enough great things about this place I know for certain my next purchase will be with them!! Thanks especially to Jamie and Terry and the team who worked endlessly on my engine! Absolutely amazing service at positive Park for my Fiat 500 Abarth!!! My driver side window dropped into the door and I was not able to roll it back up again. I took my car in just before the hurricane and Stephanie (Service Advisor) Took my car in immediately. They were unable to fix it ASAP because they had to order parts, but they kept my car inside since the window would not roll up. The work was done perfectly. In addition to fixing the window I also had a bunch of maintenance service done. car came back cleaner that I dropped it off. Amazing service and I will not hesitate to go back there again for any service for my car.

Great experience from the Service Advisor Mandi to the Service Manager (Who I forgot his name) but he took time out to ride with me to try and figure out the problem with my Compass. Everything was great. Exceptional service and wasn’t even charged for the work of updating my software to my transmission. Thank you! and highly recommend them.

Great dealership service department. Fast diagnosis and estimate. Fixed both problems within a few days.was on vacation and was unable to pick up car which I needed for work. They dropped it off at my house which was highly appreciated since we returned on a Sunday when they were closed. 2 wherl bearings and evap parts replaced. Car runs great now. Highly recommend their service department

I cannot recommend Posner Park Dealer enough! I recently bought not one, but two cars from them, and the experience was seamless. My salesman, Angel, and the Sales Manager, Pedro Polanco, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to find the right deal for me. The person handling the finance paperwork was also great, making the final steps smooth and easy. What impressed me most was the after-sales support. When I got home, a sensor light came on. Instead of making me drive back (I live 70 miles away!), they arranged to have it fixed right in my local area. It was all-around great service. I am one happy customer! ¡Buen trabajo mi gente!

Very personable!!! The service advisor was fantastic, she could maybe use some more advisors to help with volume but she was doing a great job!!! They had me in and out quickly, couldn’t fix my concerns but my oil change was done and my jeep was left clean and oil change indicator was reset!

Excellent service! The salesman that help me out was David, he made everything so efficient and answered all my questions. I first bought a used 2024 Volkswagen and there were some problems with it so I had it taken to service to be fixed, I was provided a Nissan Altima as a rental and I instantly fell in love so I came back to the dealership to talk to David about trading my car for the Nissan. He worked his magic and I was able to drive off in the Nissan Altima. I recommend coming here to buy a car, this was my first time buying and it was an overall great experience thanks to David and his coworkers!
