Great dealership to do business with my salesperson was Jackie and she did a great job in helping find the right truck that fit the situation I was looking for. I've moved around frequently for work and I'm very picky about who works on my Jeep. I rely on qualified Jeep service departments to help with my modifications, service, and repairs. My experience with Posner Park was very positive. My Jeep needed to be towed so their service representative (Stephanie) recommended a company (Bolton Towing) who was quick to respond and Eric handled my Jeep with care. My Jeep problem was fixed the same day. They answered all of my questions. A few days later I called back about a different minor issue. The service rep took time to answer my questions. When I showed up without an appointment a few days later, they took care of that minor issue immediately. At every point of contact, from the initial phone call, to the porter handing me the keys, the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful! I'll be returning soon for some upcoming mods I need done.

We had a huge issue with the original dealership we went to. The car was bought 6 months ago, first winter, heat went out. Kelsey there in monroe got us right in, got us a rental car (we work full time and 2 kids in sports) stayed in contact every step of the way updating us. We had our car back within days, 100% never going anywhere else again,especially feldman in Woodhaven. We appreciate them so much in monroe, everyone had smiles, asked multiple times if we were helped while waiting. I can't believe what a difference this place was compared to where we started off. Can't thank them enough! The funny thing is, they think they're just doing their job, but they helped us SO MUCH.

I want to start by saying I did not purchase my vehicle here but I wish I had! I purchased a vehicle from a small lot in Toledo...it broke down after 34days!! Total engine failure...what brought me to Monroe Dodge Superstore was they honored the aftermarket warranty I purchased with my vehicle! And thank goodness I chose them!! Though the process was not easy short or seamless they handled every issue with grace and kindness! They not only rebuilt my engine and got me back on the road they did it at a fraction of what I originally anticipated it costing and got the warranty to actually pay their fair share and handled it all on their end. I can't thank them enough, I didn't even make the purchase there and they took care of me far better than the lot I got it from. I can't say enough great things about this place I know for certain my next purchase will be with them!! Thanks especially to Jamie and Terry and the team who worked endlessly on my engine! Absolutely amazing service at positive Park for my Fiat 500 Abarth!!! My driver side window dropped into the door and I was not able to roll it back up again. I took my car in just before the hurricane and Stephanie (Service Advisor) Took my car in immediately. They were unable to fix it ASAP because they had to order parts, but they kept my car inside since the window would not roll up. The work was done perfectly. In addition to fixing the window I also had a bunch of maintenance service done. car came back cleaner that I dropped it off. Amazing service and I will not hesitate to go back there again for any service for my car.

I recently purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Matt, the sales associate , was very helpful in assisting with my decision. He is definitely a salesman who can be trusted. They dropped it off at my house which was highly appreciated since we returned on a Sunday when they were closed. 2 wherl bearings and evap parts replaced. Car runs great now. I cannot recommend Posner Park Dealer enough! I recently bought not one, but two cars from them, and the experience was seamless. My salesman, Angel, and the Sales Manager, Pedro Polanco, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to find the right deal for me. The person handling the finance paperwork was also great, making the final steps smooth and easy. What impressed me most was the after-sales support. When I got home, a sensor light came on. Instead of making me drive back (I live 70 miles away!), they arranged to have it fixed right in my local area. It was all-around great service. I am one happy customer! ¡Buen trabajo mi gente!

Alexis D was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I initially reached out via CARFAX where I saw a listing for a car I was extremely interested in. I’ve had a ton of other vehicles I was looking at and with this dealership being an hour and 45 minutes away, I wasn’t sure if it’d be worth the drive. Well, it absolutely was. I was speaking to Cynthia via message, who was super helpful. She clarified any concerns I had, reassured me with any questions, and truly made me comfortable enough to even make the drive the next day. I knew I had to see this car asap because Monroe was extremely competitive with their prices and was truly the best in the market I’ve seen. Once I got there, I was greater instantly and led over to Alexis. She did an amazing job from start to finish. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think I would have felt so confident and comfortable. I’ve bought a few cars in the past, all from older salesmen who really never talked to me as a person, but Alexis really did great at easing the nerves. I had such an easy breezy test drive, so much so that I decided to make it trade in right then, right there, that day. Alexis made sure to spend as much time as we needed that evening to ensure I drove him in that car. I couldn’t be more grateful for her patience and attention to detail. I also want to give another notable mention to Donna and Brian. Brian (or Bryan) were both super transparent. Brian made me realize how a true dealership should be. I have been going to a dealership closer to my home for the past few months for many services on my car, but never once was told about have 17 recalls on my car… he was just as shocked as I was that they never told me anything. I couldn’t believe that not only would a place not even mention it to me, but how easily and quickly it was for Monroe to tell me this. This is how a dealership should be. Donna was extremely helpful with the paperwork. There were a few items I needed to take home and thanks to her organization, it was so easy to complete everything the next morning and mail it all out. She couldn’t have made things easier. All in all, the entire team was amazing. Even the people who didn’t help us directly - they were all SO friendly and helpful. Granted, they’re trying to make a sale at the end of the day, but despite that, it never felt like that. I’m happy to give them my business and even happier to give them a sale if that’s the case. Worked with Matt Ball on purchasing a used Kia EV6 to replace my current one whose lease was ending. At the last moment Kia offered me a huge discount on buying mine out so I did not go through with buying here, BUT Matt was super helpful answering questions taking additional pictures and videos, etc. I especially appreciate that he didn't try to hide or gloss over any issues. He clearly pointed out some small paint defects. I've worked with other sales people that would have left that as a surprise for me after making the long drive out. Highly recommend this dealership.

Buckeye Super Store Jeep, in Shelby had a Jeep that my wife and I really liked on Facebook. I called the dealership and spoke with Derek Zehner, the salesman about this vehicle. I told him that we were coming up to look at it and we’re a hour away. He said he would have it ready for us to see and test drive. Upon arrival Derek had it ready for us. He explained the vehicle to us and we test drove it. The process was very smooth, no pressure or back and forth. After that we purchased the vehicle. I recently bought a 2015 Dodge Dart SE. It happened to have several recalls regarding its automatic transmission, I was aware of this when I bought the car. I was driving in Winter Haven a few weeks ago and the transmission would not go into park. I called for a tow, twenty minutes later I was on my way to Winter Haven Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram. This was on a Saturday, the service advisor was kind and she informed me that my car is safe in the lot Later that afternoon the service center called me and informed me that it was a bad bushing in the transmission and that I was lucky and they had the covered part in stock and it was ready to be picked up. I has some interval maintenance done and was surprised that there prices weren't to bad . I am happy with the service that was provided.
