I had such an amazing experience with Jackie!!! She helped sell me on my dream car ! From the start she was extremely friendly and started interacting with my kids (she even gave them coloring books and toys!) and made me feel like part of the family. Jackie was very educated in all the questions I asked her and she knew exactly what I wanted!!! I can’t wait until I bring my husband to trade in his car and I will only go to her for sure! I wanted to take a moment to recognize DeAndre for his outstanding 5 star customer service during our recent visit. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every detail, answer all of our questions, and walk us through our options without any pressure. Although we ultimately decided not to move forward with the Jeep and chose something more economical for our family, it had nothing to do with the service we received. In fact, DeAndre went above and beyond to make sure we fully understood everything and felt comfortable with the process. It’s rare to find someone in sales who truly listens and puts the customer’s needs first, but that is exactly what DeAndre did. When car shopping, stop in Posner Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat and ask for Joe Ocon. Joe was a personable and excellent sales/ leasing consultant, answering all of our questions while being very easy to work with. He took care of our needs after the sale, from a big thing like the spare tire down to scheduling our next oil change. He even helped us several times after the sale. I had a very good experience, the whole team supported the process professionally and politely with no push at any time. Buying a car, albeit exciting, it is often a big effort, with a lot of information to digest. The Sales Team made everything easy to understand, and tailored to my needs. Camilo and Jonathan have been informative, supportive and professional. Marcos made the financial side (which usually is the most concerning) quite straightforward. Overall a very good experience!

We had an amazing experience with this dealership! I explained to them that I didn't want to go back and forth with pricing and then get hit with a bunch of fees at the end. The transaction was done super quick and the price was amazing. No hidden costs at the end and no shady sales tactics. I'm a businessman and didn't have time to sit at the dealership all day so we basically wrapped everything up over the phone and via email. Thank you Luis for the amazing experience. The service dept did everything that they are supposed to do to fix outside temperature discrepancies. This is a problem that ram has chosen to ignore. If you check online comments many people have this and other problems that are being ignored by Chrysler.

Last time at dealership 2 months ago and 2 weeks ago they gave great service for both my 2024 Ram 2500 Heavy Duty 6.4 liter Hemi and on our 2020 Jeep Rubicon. Stephanie was my services wrighter and she does a very good job of keeping me informed of services being done on my Vehicles.

Our Jeep Gladiator had 36,000 miles on it. When I was trying to leave work on a Friday everything was running on the dash, the starter said run, it wouldn't go out of park. We had it towed to Posners. The next morning my husband called as soon as they opened. They already had the jeep in the shop looking at it and we took it home by two that day. This was a blessing to us since this is our only means of transportation. They were very professional, quick, and kept us well informed about what was going on before they did anything. They handled the TSB, ordering of parts, and repair and silence of the brake noise on my Redeye Hellcat. Just had my annual oil change done on my hellcat. This was performed by Vinnie. He did a great job. Friendly guy that clearly takes pride in his work and was extremely careful with my car. Much appreciated.

I had an oil change and needed a tired fixed. They finished in less than an hour. The people at the counters are so friendly and listen to you when you have questions. I live in Lakeland, but at their dealership the counter people act like they don't want you there. So, I go to the best dealership, Winter Haven!

I live 7 hours away from Defiance but found the exact vehicle I was looking for there. I called and spoke with Rob, one of their salesmen. I explained my situation, that I had a trade and was nervous about making a purchase site unseen. He walked me through everything, had me send pictures of my trade, had me describe it in detail, and he did the same with the vehicle I was purchasing. I was able to get an even better value for my truck than I would have locally due to market variability, and I got a great price on the vehicle I wanted. Everyone from the finance group to the sales managers that I talked to were very personable and did not push or pressure me at all throughout the process. Everything was done remotely and Rob even helped me out by meeting me on a Sunday to exchange vehicles! After the sale there was an issue with the CPO status being hung up in limbo due to a recall being issued while the paperwork was being transferred, a quick call to the dealership and Matt got to work correcting that. 24 hours later I had my CPO paperwork in hand!! Thank you again LPK for what is easily the most painless car purchase out of the dozen or so I have made!!

I came here with almost zero hope of being approved for anything at all but luckily I gave it a shot. I reluctantly text Penny yesterday (11/4) and told her my exact situation, no cash, a less than desirable trade-in with $5k still owed, credit that would make a grown man cry. She said come on in and let's see what we can do for you. She then suggested I see Andy. So I went in first thing in the morning (11/5) and sat down with Mister Andy Shepard and explained my situation. I still have next to zero hope at this point. We went for a test drive in a nice little Kia Soul. I'd mentioned I was interested. He disappears for a few mintues, comes back, drops some paperwork on the table and says, there ya go, we got you approved! I literally had tears of joy. All that said, I'm the proud recipient of a 2020 Kia Soul with only 40k miles. They even let me try some local pizza they ordered, that was a nice treat. I absolutely highly recommend this establishment. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Excellent work by the entire staff, kudos to you all. Thank you all so much for this life changing experience.

Wish I could give 10 stars. Stephanie was great. Dodge on cypress had our truck over a month and still didn’t properly correct issues. Dodge in lake wales set an appointment, we left the truck and after 48 hrs said they couldn’t even get a diagnosis done until the following week. So we picked up our vehicle and brought it to this location on a Tuesday and we were ready for pick up by Friday. Every single issue was corrected/repaired and our truck has been driving excellent ever since! Will definitely recommend this dealership and use them for any of our future needs.

Bought my new 2026 rebel truck with Gabby. Most of it was handled over the phone and computer because I travel for work. She made it all very convenient for me. when I came into town to pick up my truck I literally just signed my paperwork and left. She had everything ready and waiting. Winter Haven Collision Center did an excellent job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My rear bumper received a few gouges and scuffs from a minor event. They filled and smoothed the bumper, and painted it. It looks like new. The finish is perfect!

VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. Within the hour, she texted back that the car was just about ready and my shuttle could come get me. Hernan arrived a short time later, brought my car around and checked me out. Car ran great for the two hour drive home. Highly recommend Posner Park Jeep, Chrysler, etc. service dept, for their customer service, quick turn around, and friendliness!

We were looking for a car after my daughter was hit by a guy that ran a red light. Totaled her car and injured her. After getting her well, an Auto friend of mine pointed me to Dodge of Winter haven. My daughter wanted another Toyota Corolla due to the protection it offered when hit and the perks of the car. We found it at Dodge in Winterhaven. We contacted Kyle Williams at the dealership. Kyle was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us with the paperwork, prepping and guiding us through the process. Financing was quick and we didn’t have to wait most of the day for it. Kyle made sure the car was filled up, cleaned and serviced before we headed back to Tallahassee, Florida. So back in April me and my daughter went in and purchased a car. Ling story short. The car started giving us problems within the 1st couple of weeks. Oh cool we have the warranty. Turns out the warranty did cover most of the the repairs but as a mother I wanted to make sure she got a safe and reliable vehicle. After a long couple weeks of going back and forth with the shop, dealership and finance company Clint and Luís we able to work work there magic and got her into a newer vehicle that fit my daughters need! I was in Monroe for a couple nights. I live in the Cincinnati area. On the way up i thought my jeep had a transmission fluid leak. I was also due for a oil change. I called about the transmission leak and they mentioned that they couldn't get it until next week. That didn't work but I said I'd still come up for oil change. When I arrived and spoke with someone about my transmission concerns. The service employee spoke with the transmission guy and he said he'd go ahead and take care of my transmission and oil change at the same time. It all took less than an hour and gave me such piece of mind. I was so thankful

We had an emergent situation with our vehicle on a road trip, and ended up at LPK Friday shortly before closing. The entire staff was fantastic... specifically Suzie and Kari. They were able to diagnose the problem, and get us a rental vehicle to continue on to see our son for his first Father's Day. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and the LPK staff helped diffuse the situation and problem solve for us. They repaired our vehicle first thing Monday morning, and I was able to get my vehicle that day. I can't say enough good things about the dealership and staff!

Found a gem at this dealership four and half hours away, and everyone there was helpful and kind. Keynen was fantastic to work with through texts, videos and even a FaceTime call that allowed me to look over the vehicle the best I could from almost 300 miles away. Wife and I decided to take a chance and drove to the dealership to see and test drive in person. Keynen did not misrepresent the vehicle and it was worth the trip; the dealer even took care of an unexpected mechanical issue at their expense before we drove it home. Cannot say enough good things about Keynen, Fred and the entire dealership. The worst part is they are so far away from us because we would definitely do business with them again! Highly recommend!
