Thank you Lake Wales CDJ! I drove over two hours from the Gulf Coast after a few poor experiences at Local Mega Dealerships. Lake Wales had exactly what I wanted and applied all available incentives and a fair trade in value. It was definitely worth the drive. Thanks to Joseph for securing the deal before I made the drive, and thanks to Cristo (Sales), Harry (Mgr), and Matt (Finance) for completing the deal with no surprises. Truly a family business feel that blows away the poor customer service from the Mega Dealerships. They didn’t disappoint this educated buyer and I was extremely pleased with my experience here. Great upfront pricing, no need to negotiate. Prices are as advertised on website, no bait and switch. Sales and finance team were open and honest throughout the whole process. I just bought my second car in 3 years from Posner Park CDJRF and it honestly was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From start to finish everyone was professional and polite...my salesman was Cesar De LA Cruz and I can't say enuff about him, he is truely a man of his word! The Business Mgr. Marcos Vargas did my financing and made it quick and painless and had me in an out in no time answering every question that I had...hats off to the entire team at Posner Park CJDR...I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends,or to anyone reading this...I bought a 2023 Chrysler 300 and got an amazing deal on it being one of the only 23's left on the lot...and I'm very happy with the car and the whole experience!

My daughter and I wanted to purchase two vehicles (One for my daughter and one for me). We went to the dealership (Winter Haven) and we were met by Victor (Sales Associate) first and then Kyle (Sales Manager). Victor and Kyle were very pleasant, friendly, understanding, helpful, and patient with my daughter and I. They were able to assist myself and my daughter in purchasing two new vehicles. We are so happy with the purchases and we love our vehicles. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Victor and Kyle.

Amazing experience at Monroe Dodge Chrysler Jeep. My salesman Troy was knowledgeable, professional, honest & personable. His heart was truly Into making the best experience for his customers. Tom the finance manager was fast, efficient, kind, honest. He worked hard to get me a good deal and in a vehicle of my choice. His professionalism & knowledge was top notch. I can’t say enough good things about the two of them. I’m so thankful for there diligence & hard work. I’m one very pleased customer and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I will be a returning customer regardless of distance. You want a good deal, excellent selection, a down to earth/feel right at home experience, ,then you have got to check these guys out. Took my hellcat in because remote start wouldn't work and couldn’t use race cool down mode because of faulty wiring. Everything is fixed and was a lot quicker than the other dodge dealership downriver. Kelsie did a great job keeping me posted on my car.

I drove in with out an appointment on a holiday. I was happy that they did not need an appointment for an oil change and I did not need to leave my Jeep there all day for it to be worked in. Jeep did an there inspection, rotated the tires, and the oil change in a hr. I will be definitely going back to them for all future endeavors with my Jeep. Also Alysa Henson was extremely wonderful and very personal. She is a great person with compassion and integrity......

On 8/24/2025 I worked with Joe to purchase a Pacifica because we needed a second car now that we have 2 kiddos going to school. Winter Haven Dodge RAM Dealership was outstanding to deal with which is s why my husband and I drove traveled from South Carolina to buy a 2025 Ram Longhorn. Our sales associate Mike spent the better portion of the day guiding us through the many features of the truck and providing detailed information answering all of our questions. He followed up with the next day and again a week later to ensure we had no problems with the truck or its features. I would not hesitate buying another vehicle from them and working with Mike.

Wow! What a great experience. We live in Oxford and have several Jeep dealerships around us. We visited a few looking at the Wagoneer S specifically and nothing else. Many of our local dealerships tried to sell us other vehicles despite our desire for the Wagoneer S. Then we stumbled upon Monroe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Superstore and started communicating with Denise Case in sales. They were an hour and a half from us but the prompt replies to our questions and the friendly phone conversations made us feel more welcomed than our local dealership experiences. We drove out one Saturday morning just to have a look at their Wagoneer S and from the moment we entered their dealership we experienced the utmost in respect and general friendliness, even from other sales associates that were not specifically working with us. The culture here at Monroe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Superstore is something that other stores should strive to achieve. We experienced the same outstanding level of respect and professionalism from our Sales Consultant, Denise Case, our Finance Consultant, Jeremey Jennings, and the store’s General Manager, Brian Young! Took my Grand Cherokee in for service on 09/02/2025. Got call same day what the technician had found and that it was under warranty. And that I would have my Jeep the next day. This is the 6th vehicle I have purchased from them. I always get treated great when my wife and I go to this dealership. From the Chad the salesman to Terry the service manager. I also find that the parts department is well stocked, and the prices are competitive. I would recommend them for all your jeep, ram, chrysler, dodge needs.

Bought my new 2026 rebel truck with Gabby. Most of it was handled over the phone and computer because I travel for work. She made it all very convenient for me. when I came into town to pick up my truck I literally just signed my paperwork and left. She had everything ready and waiting. Winter Haven Collision Center did an excellent job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My rear bumper received a few gouges and scuffs from a minor event. They filled and smoothed the bumper, and painted it. It looks like new. The finish is perfect!

VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. Within the hour, she texted back that the car was just about ready and my shuttle could come get me. Hernan arrived a short time later, brought my car around and checked me out. Car ran great for the two hour drive home. Highly recommend Posner Park Jeep, Chrysler, etc. service dept, for their customer service, quick turn around, and friendliness!

We were looking for a car after my daughter was hit by a guy that ran a red light. Totaled her car and injured her. After getting her well, an Auto friend of mine pointed me to Dodge of Winter haven. My daughter wanted another Toyota Corolla due to the protection it offered when hit and the perks of the car. We found it at Dodge in Winterhaven. We contacted Kyle Williams at the dealership. Kyle was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us with the paperwork, prepping and guiding us through the process. Financing was quick and we didn’t have to wait most of the day for it. Kyle made sure the car was filled up, cleaned and serviced before we headed back to Tallahassee, Florida. So back in April me and my daughter went in and purchased a car. Ling story short. The car started giving us problems within the 1st couple of weeks. Oh cool we have the warranty. Turns out the warranty did cover most of the the repairs but as a mother I wanted to make sure she got a safe and reliable vehicle. After a long couple weeks of going back and forth with the shop, dealership and finance company Clint and Luís we able to work work there magic and got her into a newer vehicle that fit my daughters need! I appreciate all the hard work you guys did even with our limited options!! I highly recommend asking for Luís his years of experience really shows when it comes to selling you a new car! I was in Monroe for a couple nights. I live in the Cincinnati area. On the way up i thought my jeep had a transmission fluid leak. I was also due for a oil change. I called about the transmission leak and they mentioned that they couldn't get it until next week. That didn't work but I said I'd still come up for oil change. When I arrived and spoke with someone about my transmission concerns. The service employee spoke with the transmission guy and he said he'd go ahead and take care of my transmission and oil change at the same time. It all took less than an hour and gave me such piece of mind. I was so thankful

We had an emergent situation with our vehicle on a road trip, and ended up at LPK Friday shortly before closing. The entire staff was fantastic... specifically Suzie and Kari. They were able to diagnose the problem, and get us a rental vehicle to continue on to see our son for his first Father's Day. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and the LPK staff helped diffuse the situation and problem solve for us. They repaired our vehicle first thing Monday morning, and I was able to get my vehicle that day. I can't say enough good things about the dealership and staff!

Found a gem at this dealership four and half hours away, and everyone there was helpful and kind. Keynen was fantastic to work with through texts, videos and even a FaceTime call that allowed me to look over the vehicle the best I could from almost 300 miles away. Wife and I decided to take a chance and drove to the dealership to see and test drive in person. Keynen did not misrepresent the vehicle and it was worth the trip; the dealer even took care of an unexpected mechanical issue at their expense before we drove it home. Cannot say enough good things about Keynen, Fred and the entire dealership. The worst part is they are so far away from us because we would definitely do business with them again! Highly recommend!

Derick Zehner was amazing for a newbie salesman. Keynen Zachman did awesome whenever Derek reached out for assistance. Both of these young men showed great respect to my mother who uses a walker.
