I live 7 hours away from Defiance but found the exact vehicle I was looking for there. I called and spoke with Rob, one of their salesmen. I explained my situation, that I had a trade and was nervous about making a purchase site unseen. He walked me through everything, had me send pictures of my trade, had me describe it in detail, and he did the same with the vehicle I was purchasing. I was able to get an even better value for my truck than I would have locally due to market variability, and I got a great price on the vehicle I wanted. Everyone from the finance group to the sales managers that I talked to were very personable and did not push or pressure me at all throughout the process. Everything was done remotely and Rob even helped me out by meeting me on a Sunday to exchange vehicles! After the sale there was an issue with the CPO status being hung up in limbo due to a recall being issued while the paperwork was being transferred, a quick call to the dealership and Matt got to work correcting that. 24 hours later I had my CPO paperwork in hand!! Thank you again LPK for what is easily the most painless car purchase out of the dozen or so I have made!!

I came here with almost zero hope of being approved for anything at all but luckily I gave it a shot. I reluctantly text Penny yesterday (11/4) and told her my exact situation, no cash, a less than desirable trade-in with $5k still owed, credit that would make a grown man cry. She said come on in and let's see what we can do for you. She then suggested I see Andy. So I went in first thing in the morning (11/5) and sat down with Mister Andy Shepard and explained my situation. I still have next to zero hope at this point. We went for a test drive in a nice little Kia Soul. I'd mentioned I was interested. He disappears for a few mintues, comes back, drops some paperwork on the table and says, there ya go, we got you approved! I literally had tears of joy. All that said, I'm the proud recipient of a 2020 Kia Soul with only 40k miles. They even let me try some local pizza they ordered, that was a nice treat. I absolutely highly recommend this establishment. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Excellent work by the entire staff, kudos to you all. Thank you all so much for this life changing experience.

Wish I could give 10 stars. Stephanie was great. Dodge on cypress had our truck over a month and still didn’t properly correct issues. Dodge in lake wales set an appointment, we left the truck and after 48 hrs said they couldn’t even get a diagnosis done until the following week. So we picked up our vehicle and brought it to this location on a Tuesday and we were ready for pick up by Friday. Every single issue was corrected/repaired and our truck has been driving excellent ever since! Will definitely recommend this dealership and use them for any of our future needs.

My daughter and I wanted to purchase two vehicles (One for my daughter and one for me). We went to the dealership (Winter Haven) and we were met by Victor (Sales Associate) first and then Kyle (Sales Manager). Took my hellcat in because remote start wouldn't work and couldn’t use race cool down mode because of faulty wiring. Everything is fixed and was a lot quicker than the other dodge dealership downriver. Kelsie did a great job keeping me posted on my car.

I drove in with out an appointment on a holiday. I was happy that they did not need an appointment for an oil change and I did not need to leave my Jeep there all day for it to be worked in. Jeep did an there inspection, rotated the tires, and the oil change in a hr. I will be definitely going back to them for all future endeavors with my Jeep. Also Alysa Henson was extremely wonderful and very personal. She is a great person with compassion and integrity......

On 8/24/2025 I worked with Joe to purchase a Pacifica because we needed a second car now that we have 2 kiddos going to school. Winter Haven Dodge RAM Dealership was outstanding to deal with which is s why my husband and I drove traveled from South Carolina to buy a 2025 Ram Longhorn. Our sales associate Mike spent the better portion of the day guiding us through the many features of the truck and providing detailed information answering all of our questions. He followed up with the next day and again a week later to ensure we had no problems with the truck or its features. I would not hesitate buying another vehicle from them and working with Mike.

Wow! What a great experience. We live in Oxford and have several Jeep dealerships around us. We visited a few looking at the Wagoneer S specifically and nothing else. Many of our local dealerships tried to sell us other vehicles despite our desire for the Wagoneer S. Then we stumbled upon Monroe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Superstore and started communicating with Denise Case in sales. They were an hour and a half from us but the prompt replies to our questions and the friendly phone conversations made us feel more welcomed than our local dealership experiences. We drove out one Saturday morning just to have a look at their Wagoneer S and from the moment we entered their dealership we experienced the utmost in respect and general friendliness, even from other sales associates that were not specifically working with us. The culture here at Monroe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Superstore is something that other stores should strive to achieve. We experienced the same outstanding level of respect and professionalism from our Sales Consultant, Denise Case, our Finance Consultant, Jeremey Jennings, and the store’s General Manager, Brian Young! I specifically included all these people's names because they positively impacted our experience and will make me return as a repeat customer. Alexis D was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I initially reached out via CARFAX where I saw a listing for a car I was extremely interested in. I’ve had a ton of other vehicles I was looking at and with this dealership being an hour and 45 minutes away, I wasn’t sure if it’d be worth the drive. Well, it absolutely was. I was speaking to Cynthia via message, who was super helpful. I knew I had to see this car asap because Monroe was extremely competitive with their prices and was truly the best in the market I’ve seen. Once I got there, I was greater instantly and led over to Alexis. She did an amazing job from start to finish. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think I would have felt so confident and comfortable. I’ve bought a few cars in the past, all from older salesmen who really never talked to me as a person, but Alexis really did great at easing the nerves. I had such an easy breezy test drive, so much so that I decided to make it trade in right then, right there, that day. Alexis made sure to spend as much time as we needed that evening to ensure I drove him in that car. I couldn’t be more grateful for her patience and attention to detail. I also want to give another notable mention to Donna and Brian. Brian (or Bryan) were both super transparent. Brian made me realize how a true dealership should be. I have been going to a dealership closer to my home for the past few months for many services on my car, but never once was told about have 17 recalls on my car… he was just as shocked as I was that they never told me anything. I couldn’t believe that not only would a place not even mention it to me, but how easily and quickly it was for Monroe to tell me this. This is how a dealership should be. Donna was extremely helpful with the paperwork. There were a few items I needed to take home and thanks to her organization, it was so easy to complete everything the next morning and mail it all out. She couldn’t have made things easier. All in all, the entire team was amazing. Even the people who didn’t help us directly - they were all SO friendly and helpful. Granted, they’re trying to make a sale at the end of the day, but despite that, it never felt like that. I’m happy to give them my business and even happier to give them a sale if that’s the case. Worked with Matt Ball on purchasing a used Kia EV6 to replace my current one whose lease was ending. At the last moment Kia offered me a huge discount on buying mine out so I did not go through with buying here, BUT Matt was super helpful answering questions taking additional pictures and videos, etc. I especially appreciate that he didn't try to hide or gloss over any issues. He clearly pointed out some small paint defects. I've worked with other sales people that would have left that as a surprise for me after making the long drive out. Highly recommend this dealership.

Buckeye Super Store Jeep, in Shelby had a Jeep that my wife and I really liked on Facebook. I called the dealership and spoke with Derek Zehner, the salesman about this vehicle. I told him that we were coming up to look at it and we’re a hour away. He said he would have it ready for us to see and test drive. Upon arrival Derek had it ready for us. He explained the vehicle to us and we test drove it. The process was very smooth, no pressure or back and forth. After that we purchased the vehicle. I recently bought a 2015 Dodge Dart SE. It happened to have several recalls regarding its automatic transmission, I was aware of this when I bought the car. I was driving in Winter Haven a few weeks ago and the transmission would not go into park. I called for a tow, twenty minutes later I was on my way to Winter Haven Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram. This was on a Saturday, the service advisor was kind and she informed me that my car is safe in the lot Later that afternoon the service center called me and informed me that it was a bad bushing in the transmission and that I was lucky and they had the covered part in stock and it was ready to be picked up. I has some interval maintenance done and was surprised that there prices weren't to bad . I am happy with the service that was provided.
